John was kind enough to wait for me while i was stuck in traffic so that i can get my unit.....at the time i had only that day to get a unit and have my stuff out of the apartment nothing was working out in my favor and with traffic i was not gonna make it there by office closing hours. When all hope was lost i received a call from john bout 15min after closing reassuring me that he was still there awaiting my arrival. Thank god for him and his great service things worked out for myself and my belongings. 8-)

We first met Jon, the assistant manager, and found him friendly and helpful to the extreme. When we returned to set up the storage Ricardo, the manager was equally polite. We were truly impressed. The space was clean and conveniently located. My only gripe would be that the layout of the buildings so close together means that parking one vehicle blocks access to the entire row. This happened our first trip. Luckily there was more than one door to the hall to our unit so it was not a big issue.

The Manager Ricardo was absolutely amazing. He made renting a unit very easy and thoroughly explained all the details of the agreement.(I ask a lot of questions) All the staff were very friendly, this location epitomizes excellent customer service. The units themselves were very clean and buildings were well maintained. I am very happy with the service I received at Extra Space Storage - Locust and will definitely recommend them to family/friends.

Ricardo and Jon were SUPER HELPFUL with the entire process. I had to move quickly for personal reasons, and was looking for a decent place. Thank god I found them! They were so helpful, Ricardo answered all my questions and concerns, and made the whole process so easy. I got a 5x 10 unit and its so tall! They offer platinum renting experience from the moment you walk in the door - friendly greeting, efficient renting experience, thorough tour, exceptionally well maintained facility and terrific prices. This facility is immaculate and secure. You can tell the staff takes great care. Dont rent anywhere before coming here first!

Ricardo is the store manager there and i have to say his customer service is top notch. He explained the best deal I wouls get thoroughly and showed the units without any hesitation. The storages were great but we only saw the climate controlled ones so i cant say much about the non climate controlled ones. Prices are fair and the facility is really clean. Ricardo will take care of you. Highly recommended.

Thank you Carey for a great experience. Glad I spoke to you when I had my doubts about the other storage space I had recently rented (I had rented a 10x15 and It really only measured 10x13.4) . This unit is a much better value, facility is clean,climate controlled,interior lighting, hours are good and the staff is pro active in keeping an eye out for the security of the facility. Would highly recommend.

We were attended by Jon who is a very professional and polite person, he helped us go through all the terms and answered our questions and helped us get a unit pretty fast and at a great price! This Extra space storage is the best place I found in in the Inland Empire. The staff is helpful and friendly, also the grounds are kept in the best shape, storage units are clean and rodent free!!! Service was superb! Ricardo is an Amazing person. I got the red carpet treatment! I know thats a little weird to say about renting a storage space but very necessary.
