I was super impressed with the Customer Service here at the Bloomington Public Storage location. Honestly moving is super stressful an then I had to deal with horrible service down at extra space, it makes you hate been In his position of moving even more. Wen I came in to this location I have to say Ramonas customer service is outstanding. To start I made a reservation online and not even 10 minutes later I got a call from Ramona to confirm my arrival time at the storage. I let her know my arrival time. (Thats the first plus) Once I arrived at the storage right wen I walk in the office doors I was greeted by a huge smile and she called out my name, Pedro?? I was like yeah, super cool, even before I even introducing my self. I was really liked that. She showed me my storage by walking me straight to it. (Thats the second plus) Then I notice that the unit was cleaned, I was happy to see that it was, because I did not want to sweep the unit my self since I had done that in the past with your competitors (Thats the 3rd plus) Once we wore walking back to the office I notice how clean the facility was. (4th plus) The most impressive of all, was how easy was the hole experience with renting the unit. I been working in customer service for 16 years and I take great pride in giving my clients the service they deserve and its lovely to see that Public Storage hires great staff like Ramona that have that same passion in customer Service that I do. Excuse my long review but I have to give credit were credit is do and Ramona and Public Storage have Wowed me. I will definitely let my family and friends know about this location. Thank you I had an awesome experience.

Be wary of their low prices. Sure they are lower then the their Competitors in the area, (including another Public Storage just west of this location in Fontana), but they will gradually raise your rent every six months to a year. Ive been here for three years and they raised my rent at least 6 times, so now Im paying the same rent as someone who takes advantage of their Online Special. Dont bother calling Corporate as they dont care, also they are changing all the doors to all the units and they will have their own integral lock so you cannot use your own padlock. Which means Public Storage will have a Master Key to your lock, even though Corporate denies it. I guess thats what the rent increases are for, paying for your new roll-up door, even though there was nothing wrong with the current doors. Dont bother calling the District Manager Rick Janson with your concerns or complaints as he wont return your calls. UPDATE: They installed the (NEW) Roll Up Door on my Unit on 12/14/2016 and let me tell you, the mechanics of the door is no different. It is not easier to open or close, it serves the same purpose as the original door. Im glad to know the extra $60 a year they upped my rent to is for nothing, as there was no benefit to replacing the original door.

Indeed, my "thumbs go-up, "way-up" for the high-quality of service and care that I, continually and automatically receive the moment I walk on the property grounds. Your Ms. Ramona possess problem-solving skills and concerns that earns her "high-marks" in public-relations and storage issues. The grounds and are always immaculate, manicured, and extremely tidy. Ramona has proven to be a "Johnny-on-the Spot" when addressing any of my storage concerns. She is so right, when administering her professional and managerial advice and suggestions. It appears that Public Storage has really "out did itself this time" upon giving us Ramona to serve and supervise all of our storage needs. Keep up the good work, Ramona.

I was in a real pinch getting ready to move to a storage and found out they did not have a computer system set up for invoicing or online payments. I checked online and found this place. I was able to reserve the space right then online without any upfront money. They also had the exact size I needed. (which I had not been able to find)They had 1st month free special going on.. I was able to move in for $25. This was a big saving for me. The facility is clean and secure. I have never seen gate hours till 9 pm. Im happy I moved my things to Public Storage because they made my move lighter.

I really like this locates because it is very clean, feels safe and the property manager is nice and professional. All the questions I had were answered and I would recommend this location to others if they ever needed services from public storage. Thank you for the great customer service Ramona!!!! 2/23/2014 so I am back once again starting service again and I like this location so much!! Customer service is awesome. Dont be fooled by the advertisement stating a $1 ONLY for the first month & moves you in. They fail to mention the additional Charge for an administration fee on top of they require you to purchase their insurance that is not included in their high monthly rates. Plus you have to purchase their lock which is an additional $20 on top of all the other fees. So you are looking at over more than just 1 dollar. On the other hand, the place is clean and the staff is friendly and good customer service.

Hmm..How do I sum up all the great things about Ramona..She is amazing..I am so pleased to have chosen to to do business at this property with Ramona. Her customer service is definitely 5 star. She took care of me with confidence. Answered all my questions and thoroughly explained everything to me . Got me a great deal on my unit and saved money. By asking questions she got me the unit that works best for me. I thought I needed something bigger. Best location ive ever rented from.

Ramona goes all out for me and im sure she does for every customer.I always see Ramona out cleaning and keeping grounds tidy.Ive never seen the grounds dirty in all the times Ive went there. She greets with a smile every time and adresses any concern I may have very professionally and in a timely manner. I was indecisive about a location to rent and Im glad I chose Public Storage in Bloomington. I highly recommend this location.

Ramona provided fantastic customer service. She answered all my questions before I even asked them. The facilty was very clean and Ramona was able to get me in a unit at a very reasonable price. This is the best customer service Ive received in quite awhile. Ramonas level of customet service is very rare and hard to come across now a days. I am very pleased. THANK YOU Ramona!!!!

This Public Storage is one of the best. Friendly staff, secure and safe. Ramona is a great example of an employee going above and beyond to help the customer. Also good at returning calls my calls in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this Public Storage if anyone is looking for a affordable, safe, secure, and friendly staff place!!!
