This place was terrible. We stored our stuff here for a few months while we were renting to get into our new place. We went there because of the "first months free" promotion they were running. We had problem after problem. When we moved in, we were put in a unit that hadnt been cleaned in ages. They attempted to clean it while we waited, but it was just filthy. I understand that its a storage unit, but there was literally - not figuratively - an inch of fine dirt on the ground. They got us switched to a new unit. Their policy is to charge you for a special lock. When asked if we could use our own, I was told no because its a cylindrical lock. Fine, whatever. A couple days later as Im at the unit, I notice a neighboring unit has a normal padlock on it with an adapter thing on the door. I approach the front office and they say they put the padlock there with the adapter because the tenant hadnt paid rent. I ask for an adapter and Im told no. I call the manager and after fighting with him for half an hour, he tells the front office to give me one (this place isnt in the best area of town, so having two locks on the door is a little extra piece of mind). They also dont have video surveillance of the entire place we learned. Im glad they moved us because they didnt have any surveillance where we were but they did in the front where they moved us to. Not going to this place again. Glad Im done with them. Headache from start to finish. Literally. 2 stars because they tried really hard to correct nearly every problem they had. But so low because their policies are what caused the problems.

I have had a unit with public storage for about a year now and represented jackie has been throughout the year the best employee that I have come across as she is a very pon hard working girl she is a pleasure to work with I wouldnt want to deal with anyone else but her um she has assisted me above and beyond her work requirements and she is not obligated to do certain things that she does for me but she goes out of her way to give me the best customer service ever out of all the Public Storage is Ive ever been to this one here in Fontana an employee jackie is the best Ive had to deal with when youre done she deserves a glowing recommendation for her exemplary work and her attention to detail and her treatment of your customer customer service skills are absolutely wonderful she recently help me with a dilemma that I had and um called her boss and sorted out whatever issues I was having with the storage even after hours you know and I was intruding on her and her family time but she did not mind she was friendly and helpful and she was sympathetic jackie is the best public storage employee that you guys have and she deserves a promotion

I have had 2 units here, one for 4 years, another for 2 years due to moving alot recently. the people i have dealt with are nice. My review happens today because my unit was broken into and i have lost many sentimental items from my deceased husband. they say they check locks twice a day and I was notified on 9/8 that my unit was missing a lock and they had placed one of theirs on it. so the theft occurred possibly over labor day weekend. They will not disclose if anyone else was a victim so please contact me if possible if you also had a unit broken into during that time. Because of the items stolen, we assume there were more than one persons, and a vehicle or trailer larger than a pickup used to haul away the items. I know this is just "stuff" but it rips my heart out and I feel violated. Also, corporate has been raising the rates quite often and i now pay over $300 for 2 units. I have the insurance they made me buy but i have read online that its very hard to collect, almost impossible to prove there was a covered loss. adding insult to injury. im very sad to lose these items left behind by my husband for myself and my son.

The service was awesome, friendly, and very helpful. I was very pleased with the manager Jackie. I also met her staff members, they were helpful and accomedating. It was a difficult time for me due to my brother passing during the beginning of my storage rental. Jackie was very sympathic and that made the loss of my brother more bearable and comforting. I will be leaving the area soon and will remember my Public Storage Experience fondly, If I need storage in my new location. It will definitely be Public Storage. Valerie Loves Me

I reserved online a 10x10 and when I checked in Kaytlin showed me the different sizes and asked what I was storing. It ended up that I did not need so much room as I thought I did. I saved money for my monthly rent! I also had a very heavy and bulky wood dresser and didnt have anyone to help me move it in. Kaytlin helped out and had her boyfriend help me move it into the storage unit. I didnt expect such amazing service. Its a secure location and I feel comfortable knowing my belongings will be in good hands. Thank you for such great service.

I have had 2 units here for the past 5 years. I have never had an issue with public storage. Ive seen many different employees over the years and theyve all been kind to me. I just met Kaitlyn in person for the first time today since I havent came to my unit in over a year & she was also very kind. She calls me about once a month to help me stay on top of my bills and I was happy to finally meet her in person. My overall experience with public storage has been a very positive one.

This place is great! Im basically at this place every single day & the place is always so clean. The two chicks that work here kaitlyn & Erin are always out on the property moving some pretty heavy furniture. Those chicks are pretty strong for girls. But kaitlin is always nice and funny. Erin comes off like a beep at first but she warms up after awhile. They always say hi and stuff. Everyone store here cus of the cute managers and low prices and clean place to put your stuff.

Public Storage is the best place to put your furniture when you go in to get a storage locker theyre friendly and theyre very kind they always work with you the good company to storage your furniture or things that you dont need in your home so if you ever need a storage place go to Public Storage Ive been with them for 10 years through the great place they work with you thats why I like public storage
