To Owners/Management- From the first day of securing a space at the National City, California location some months ago the staff have been very helpful and pleasant. There was a situation with the space assigned on that first day at signing and Sam (?) (young lady) in minutes had solved the problem and I was able to get unloaded in a different space, that I ended up keeping, and be on my way. On Saturday April 5 I had another situation come up-I lost my key. I cant remember the young man that helped that day but he jumped right to it and I was in my space in minutes. Customer service these days can sometimes be lacking but I have found at this place of business the staff are friendly and ready to solve problems. Even if they see you on property they say hello. I have been renting a 3 bedroom storage here and i absolutely love the customer service. The hours are great and my unit is easily accessed. The prices are affordable and each time i come in i feel welcomed and know my items in storage are safe. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a long or short term storage facility.

I had my storage for about 9 months. Never did I have an issue with payments or with the customer service! All of my stuff were well taken care of the whole time they were in there. Everything that I stored there I got back! If youre looking for a storage this is it! Im an extremely satisfied customer!

He would speak to me concerning policys about storage that wasnt on the contract at the time of reading and signing. And more than once, he shut the Main door before closing time. Without warning.

The customer service at the National City site was great everytime I stopped by my storage. Even though I disliked the rates going up, again the customer service was great. Noel especially. He was always able to politely answer all my questions and help me to his best advantage. Thanks guys.

overall very good. Sometimes the attendant is unavailable when one thinks they should be there. The prices are, I guess comparable to others, but expensive. Im trying to empty mine to save money now. The location is very clean. The staff are professional overall.
