The experience i have had with Extra Space has been a very good one. Annie is the best, For the most part people having to put things in storage is because of having a rough time in life, so the process of moving things with the hopes of being to one day have a place to take there belongings out of storage is a very stressful event. The manager Annie goes above and beyond her normal duties to make people feel comfortable during a very stressful time. Her willingness to help makes the process easier. She listens to every story told as to why someone needs a storage and she possesses the compassion needed to understand people and there problems. I think she is an asset to your company and you are extremely lucky to have her working for you. I cannot say enough that would truly express how i feel about the help she has given me, so i will not ramble on. Thank you and have a very blessed day. Lewis Calliham

LUCKY My husband noticed the first month free sign and told me the place looked nice. A few days later we went to look and see if it would fit out needs with price and size unit. Immediately when we were walking into the office we were welcomed by Annie. I commented to my husband how wonderful she was. When we stepped into the office we were greeted by Rick who also made us feel so welcome. We told him what we needed to store and he took us to the size we needed. It was very clean inside. I asked about bugs and he told me that they spray around the complex which I was happy about. When we went back to the office all the paperwork was explained to us and questions answered in easy to understand language. Thank you Rick and Annie for giving us great customer service. Im sure we will continue to have a pleasant experience with you. I recommend this storage facility 100%.

By far the best place to store your items. Very clean and very friendly. I hate having to store my belonging in a storage because it is a waste of money. This place however, is cheaper than any other storage Ive found. The staff are very friendly and they know almost every customer if not everyone. Ive recommended people here and if I have to store my belongings in the future, I will definitely use this place again. The day I moved in I was running past the exit time, but Annie was very helpful and said I could finish unloading and she would open the gate for me.

Very professional establishment. I recently reserved a unit there for my business and the whole experience was great. Annie was very thorough and explained everything very well. She is a pure pleasure to work with. I had went to 2 other storage places near by that morning and left because I was dissatisfied with the service (one wasnt sure if they had a unit size I would want and walked around without finding one, wasting my time...the other had a long line of people waiting to be helped, I left after 10 minutes). Thank you Annie for being fast and courteous!

Ive been storing my things at this extra space storage facility for almost 1 yr and I have found them very helpful. I did search for a facility cos I wanted a place where my stuff will be safe. The staff over there are wonderful and they provide excellent services. They are located off of the 210 and is easily accessible on the 215. They have keys, boxes and even a truck for you to use. During the time I moved in, I got 2 months free! Am definitely satisfied with Extra Space Storage located on Highland.

Honestly I was looking for a storage place near Rialto and made many calls and the prices where just ridiculous.. I drove to another storage place and ended up leaving because for the price the place was pretty run down but well on the drive back I noticed this place.. so I stopped and honestly the Lady there was so awesome it was not difficult at all she showed me the units available they where very clean and with the deals they have I ended up getting 2 units I am so glad I found this place..

This unit belongs to my daughter who lives out of state however I maintain it and the relationship with the staff there. Every month when the payment is due, I get a curtious reminder phone call. They give me assistance with my payment over the phone and on computer. One time I left a phone message and to my surprise my phone call was returned timely. In addition to the efficiency of the staff, the facility is very well maintained. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

They have fair to good rates and decent units of various sizes. Its best to reserve a unit online to get the best price. The staff are friendly and helpful too. I only wish the gate hours were a bit later, the gates are locked 8pm. They seem to have good security with cameras on the property and management onsite 24 hours I believe. This location probably has the best prices in the general area. Ive been a customer for a few years now and I recommend them.

This storage place is great.l was in need of "extra space"I searched extra space and discovers extra space storage San Bernardino on highland ave.There I met Annie.Annie welcome me and my wife let us view the difference in space size, she was professional and understanding and suited us to our needs.(the price was great might I add)so we went with a large storage space.two thumbs up here go there in confidence you will be treated right enjoy .....Anthony

I highly recommend extra space storage to everybody who is looking for a storage company. They have it all...great customer service, great prices(I learned that after paying way more at a different storage company for the exact same size space!), safe and very clean. I have had nothing but great experience with the staff, they have always been very helpful and professional(whether in person or on the phone). Thank you extra space storage!!!

Exta Space is a great place to store. Over the last 5 years i have bounced around trying to fing a convient and cheap place to store that offered courtesy and cleanliness, and extra space had it all. The staff honestly goes out of thier way to help you the best they can. I had trouble paying and they really helped me. They work thier magic to make sure you stay a loyal customer. They are truly a great place.

Annie ...The office manager, was simply awesome in providing the much need information specifically for my awkward and offset individual needs. Her immediate knowledge about her facility, her tenacity and pleasant energy in getting me rent, was impecable. She was so convencing on a Friday and a joy to do business with , I just packed up and left your competition and moved in the following Monday.

I recently had to put all of our belongings into storage. Extra Space Storage had the best rates. Our moving company went in advance to check out the facility and they were impressed that it was surrounded by block walls, had many security cameras, an on site resident, and was very clean. I received friendly, helpful, personalized service from their employees. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
