my now fiancé had separate storages at two different storage places in riverside she didnt like the customer service at my previous facility or hers she found Mary storage & with out even consulting or talking about it purchased a unit I was out of state on business anyway she wanted us to have the same facility where are our belongings are stored & I already was adopting happy wife happy life attitude which was the best thing that could ever happen Ive rented units since 2000 & I have never received the professionalism & courteous customer service anywhere else also the establishment is well kept & I dont get dust & fibers everywhere when opening my unit also they have climate controlled units which I never have tried but curious to learn about if your looking for storage in riverside there isnt a better place to be

This is the best place ever for you and your personal stuff.I have been there over a year and more.the people there are great and work with you when u need it.if you need a storage around the riverside area this is the place to be with the best prices.Im a single mother w 2 kids and with there great prices Im able to store my most valuable belongings of my familys stuff as well as take more all the time with the amount of space they have.please refer my name if you go and invest in one.they also have a truck for rent to help u move in with a very very low price you wont want to rent a uhaul.

Very disappointed with their customer service since they took over Extra Space Storage Apple Valley. Couldnt pay bill during the first three days of the month since they took it over, also tried to access by entering entry code and was denied. Never had these kind of issues with Extra Space. Poor transition, no one available to speak with after hours or Sunday. Have a business and need the same 24 hour access that I had with previous owner. Unable to get necessary supplies due to denied access!

This storage facility is the best one that I have ever rented from. I started with one storage unit for years and then stored my whole house while my home was being built in Utah for 8 months. Rubin and Yarlet were the greatest. They were always there if I needed something and were always courteous. This facility was also he cleanest that I have ever rented from. You will not be sorry if you rent from them, whether it is for a few months or for years.

For nearly five years and through different Owners this facility has provided excellent customer service to my organization Taking It To The Streets with Lori and Shira. For close to four years they even donated the unit so our Non Profit could spend the money other places it was needed. It is always clean and the Staff has been helpful. Five stars from us!

A little hard to pull into entrance is on Mary street. Other than that it serves its purpose as a storage unit facility.
