Your larger than usual U-Haul rental facility. Truck rental, storage spaces, propane tank refill and used truck sale services available. Ive been there once only for a propane tank fill and the service was ok. The young man at the register was very pleasant, however there could be more information posted indicating how requesting propane tank fills work to make it a more efficient experience for first time customers. To that end a quick tip is to head straight to the propane fill station on the side of the building, ring the bell several times and pay with a credit card on the spot to avoid waiting in line inside at the register to pay. Additionally, once you choose to pay inside at the register you cant change your mind and pay with a credit card on the spot or at least thats what I was told. Im sure having this knowledge will help make your visit a pleasant experience.

Terrible theifs. We ordered two trucks. They mixed up our paperwork with someone elses and tried to charge us more for milage. Luckily my smart husband took a picture before leaving of the starting mileage and the funny part is both trucks we rented went to same place and back so used the same mileage and they tried to screw us on both rentals!! The paperwork they gave us didnt match the trucks we rented stating the gas gauge so guess what?! We had to pay for extra gas since they couldnt do their job correctly and Mark the fuel gauge on the correct paper so my guess is other people who rented on Saturday got our paperwork and who knows who else got screwed that day. Never Again! Im usually a patient and understanding person and understanding that it can get busy. The level of customer service that I received here left me thoroughly disgusted. Appointment time was entered wrong, they have now taken almost 3 hours ti simply install a hitch( should have been less than 30 minutes) and( I was the first one here). I was told by them that "youre waiting because you arrived early for your appt". They asked me to come early to get an early start. My truck is on a lift, just sitting there. I couldnt leave if I wanted too.

Brand new truck 1300 miles on it and the door cables break, luckily I live across, the street because I called and they told me to bring the truck in only so they could email roadside assistance and wait for them to text me with an eta as I walk home... Hmm I probably could have called roadside myself and save myself a walk, now I have to keep going to check on my stuff because I havent gotten an eta from roadside assistance and I have an almost fully loaded truck with a door that wont open or close

What a Wonderful way to end the day, with such great Customer Service with the guys @ Uhaul. Especially one of them by the name of "Francisco"! Now when I tell you that this guy went over and beyond well.....he sure did! He made sure we had space, we got our lock and made sure before he left for the day that we were all moved in so we didnt have to make another last trip, and with only a half an hour B4 they closed by 7! Thank you so much Francisco YOUR TRULY THE BEST!!!!!

Worst costumer service I ever got this lady on the phone was a B.... I was asking her a question she was like CARD NUMBER PLEASE! FIRST AND LAST NAME! and since the beginning I told her at what time I needed the truck after she collected my info (And Card #) she was like you can come pick it up at 2:45 almost 3 hours after the time I needed it!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Extremely unprofessional. I never leave reviews but this person should not be working in customer service. I called to ask for the prices on boxes and I guess checking prices seemed too difficult of a task as the lady proceeded to give me really disrespectful attitude. I couldnt stand the terrible customer service so I had to just hang up.

You dont find very often a customer service representative that is willing to go the extra mile to make your rental experience miserable..well...that is Kenny !!!! With less manners an education than an ape...he was very succesfull , so I end up living the place very sad for that unhappy guy...

Horrible. All I needed to know if a trailer was available and I was transferred to 3 separate people then to just be hung up on after wasting my time. Thanks for NOTHING. Lost business because of your poor customer service.

I was charged for crusty white stains on the back of the cabin that werent there when I brought it back so I can only imagine what the employee was doinf for the hour I waited after they received and moved the wee wee wagon.

Took 45 minutes for them to come over and fill my propane tanks, then another 30 in line to pay. Employees are jerks, place is always total chaos with no where to park and moving trucks everywhere with no order.

They are misleading. Claim it will be $20.00 to use a truck for four hours, but the first thing they do is zap your credit card for $80.00. The uhaul phone representative was misleading.
