I have been here many years, had two large 10X20s at one time, facility and managers are good. But Public Storage punishes storage renters by raising the rent every year. This time after all these years they want an additional $46.00 per month. When I move they will start over with a $1 for the first month and $250.00 per month. If I stay I will be paying $446.0 per month. I can move to another facility, a little further from my home for $129.00 per month same size. Yes will probably cost me $100 plus my time to move. My point enough is enough, Public Storage is a greedy company, if you are thinking about long term, this is not the stop....Unhappy

Good place to store your things! Ive had my storage unit here for almost 2 years now. I do not have any complaints. Its always easy to get in and out. The property is always clean. My things are just the way I left them. They are reasonably priced. Long as you pay your bill on time, you should never have any issues like me. **** NOTE**** This specific location does get a ton of dust. They told me BEFORE I ever started renting. They were right. Make sure you cover any and everything you dont want dust on!

From the moment I entered the property, I was impressed. The grounds were clean, neat, and free of debris. Once inside the office, I was greeted with a warm and friendly "welcome". My customer service representative, Claire, was both informative and helpful. She guided me through the process of securing my storage unit, showed me two options for rental, and helped me decide which unit best suited my needs. I would recommend this Public Storage to anyone in the San Bernardino and Riverside areas.

Started with an online reservation. When meeting to start move in was greeted by friendly staff and helped to find the right size of storage that suited my needs. They saved me about $60 an month if i had stayed with the size i had originally chose. I only needed a storage for a short time and they helped close out my account when it was time. Thank you Fairway P.S. for the good customer service.

Jen was absolutely amazing. She was able to help me with a release and conveyance form, that saved my things from being auctioned off. As a result, I am now able to get access to the unit that has my things. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging that if I ever have any other storage needs, I will be using her site - because of her. Thanks, Jen, your help was incredible!

Jennifer is always helpful when I come in or call. As a matter of fact, one day I was all alone and I was trying to get rid of stuff out of my storage and she went way above and beyond and told me about a smaller unit that was available. She did not stop there..she moved me from my larger storage to the one that fit me better..she was very helpful!

Her name is Claire and she made me feel very comfortable and made it much easier for me to understand about the storage situation I would recommend anybody thats reading this to go there and she will help you out most definitely she is very professional

I think That they force you to buy there insurrance without informing you that you can purchase from anywhere . and they raise the rates without notice. I pay my unit the 3rd week of the month becuase thats when I get paid but I have to pay a late fee everytime. But they wont let you in if you dont pay by the 10th.

People here sold my unit telling me I had until september, Had moved out of the area auto pay had stopped and didnt notice until earlier this month when I called. Called today to pay what I owe unit sold a week after I called in...so sad All my Marine corps uniforms and award citations gone..SMH

It was a great experience. I was helped by an associate named Felicia and she was a blessing. Not only did she do her job but she went out her way to make sure I had a pleasant experience. I would defintely recommend this storage to others. It seems safe and secure and the staff is awesome.

The best place for storing ANYTHING you might not want around cluttering house space. The Guest Service Representative is AWESOME and really takes the time to make sure their facility meets your needs. This place gives other stage places a run for their money... Excellent service!!!

I would say compared to the competition, these guys ROCK. What can I say? The current manager Jernnifer and staff do a more than adequate job with this Public Storage property. I cant speak for any other Public Storage locations at this time, however, thus far Ive a good experience.

Set up storage today with Pedro. The process was super fast, easy, and efficient! Due to Pedros excellent customer service, I turned down 2 other local storage offers. I would greatly reccomend Public Storage in Colton. Give Pedro a call and set up a appointment he is awesome!

I have storage here for long time. Its a great place. Jenifer helps me anytime I have problems. She always there and always answers questions. Very helpful. If I need storage again I will go there.I dont have worry about my stuff when its there. I will rent here again.
