They are very upfront with any fees (if any), to me the only "fee" was having to buy one of their locks which are exclusively needed for the storage units. The premises are secured by gate 24/7 and have motion triggered cameras overseeing every aisle which gives you a peace of mind. Note there is no "after hours" everyone HAS to be out by 9PM no exceptions. Actual units themselves were in good condition, just keep in mind some of the larger units have multiple entry doors which means you may have to buy 2 or sometimes 3 locks from them, in order to lock up one storage unit (10x15 and higher). Staff was great, they really went out of their way to accommodate my needs and I would ALWAYS recommend to friends and family especially with their willingness to provide a moving truck for move-ins and move-outs! Way more affordable than renting a truck from a 3rd party. Great place for storage A+

I called this place and it was the only storage business in Riverside where a human answered the phone first, they provided me with quick answers, an honest and complete quote, and thoroughly explained everything. The premises are gated and locked and then sell you a lock. They also tell you way ahead of time that this lock price is included in the quote. I hope to god I never have to store stuff again, but if I do, Im coming back here.
