Being in the military, I move when Im told to move. So my command gives me a move date of the 15th of June. No earlier. My next payment to U-Store-It is on the 12th of June. I let U Store It know Ill be moving my stuff out 3 days after the payment, to see if they will pro rate that month. They tell me to go pound sand because they have a "policy" to rip you off. Thats the new excuse to steal your money. Just say that your company has a "policy" to charge you for storage days that you arent going to use. In the end, 3 days costs me $200. Thanks U-Store-It. And thanks Antonio and Lino for going the extra mile. Also, if you have any kind of problems with your payment, they will auction off your goods. In this economy, thats pretty scary.

I came in and spoke to lino about a space called him back 30 mins later and told him id take it, asked how late I could get there he said no worries he lives on site and 10 pm was when gates close, I rolled in at 6:05 to find they close at 6:00, called and customer service twit kept me on hold for 30 mins then came back I asked for a supervisor, got wally, he told me at 6:45 that they would call lino and have him call me back, its now 7:00 here I sit at the gate with a truck due for return at uhaul at 7 am and its still full of stuff,

I moved to Texas 5 years ago and got a unit at this facility. I still have my unit and the general manager Lino Navarro has been so nice & amazing. The ladies MaryAnn Luviano & Teresa Monterrosa are so nice when they give me a call when my unit is due. They have all been great, I have no complaints about them. The facility is clean and safe. I live many miles away and when I go to California and stop at the storage unit, never have a problem nor anything is missing.
