The worst experience of our lives. We hired them to transport our belongings from the west to the east coast. They were dishonest and unethical throughout the entire ordeal. Firstly, when they arrived at the destination, they informed us that they would not remove any plastic on the furniture. Therefore, we spend days doing it ourselves. At the destination, we immediately noticed three boxes that were missing. To lead us to believe they were in the home, the driver pulled a fast one by taking inventory labels from the truck matching those three boxes and placing them on boxes that were already accounted for. To this day, those three boxes are missing an addition to six tote bins and loose items. We filed a police report since we have no reason to believe that theft did not occur. The owner has been very uncooperative with all involved parties and delegated everything to his office personnel. We also determined that contrary to his claim that at the destination, they used a local company to aid in the unloading of our stuff. False! The driver picked up two of his buddies along the way in Mississippi that not only lacked moving experience but were never background checked. They treated our belongings like dirt and aside from all of the missing belongings, have numerous damaged items. We intend on file complaints against them with every applicable organization including small claims. THE WORST COMPANY..DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THEM!
