OK so I was set to Move on July 1. On June 20, the moving company I WAS going to use called to cancel.. PANIC time. After several frustrating calls to other companies, I found Renee and Safe-Way Movng.. GODSENDS!!!!!. When I first called Renee, she said they were booked, but she would see what she could do. In the most professional, customer service oriented way possible, she called me back and updated me as she tried to fit me in. She was able to accomodate me and made arangements. Now.. I HAD spent a lot of time preparing and packing,, so everything was ready to go on moving day. Moving day comes, Zack, Jayson and Bryan arrive on time and ready to go. A two bedroom two bath home is packed up and loaded in an 90 minutes. One hour drive to San Dimas from Newport Beach, and unloaded in 90 minutes. Done professionally, with care and concern for my things. Not ONE thing broken and the house was NOT damaged. and trust me.. the stairs are a PAIN on the new home, the upstairs having been added on. Price was EXTREMELY reasonable. Bottom line.. would reccomend these guys to anyone. Support staff (Renee) was competent, efficient, and oriented to serve the customer. Moving Crew, (Zack, Jayson, Bryan) were efficient, prompt, and courteous. Could NOT ask for anything more. A nightmare turned into a complete dream.

Without a doubt, THE best moving experience weve ever had. Weve moved multiple times over the years and there is none better. No need to shop around - read the reviews from those that have used them. Three guys (Scott, Rick & Erik) and a truck - thats all we needed.

I highly recommend Safe Way moving. Mike, the man who answers the phone when you call them is very courteous and through. The moving crew we had was very hard working and polite. Lastly, these guys hit the ground running and dont stop till the job is done.

Other organizations
