For sure 5 stars service. U-Pack was awesome. The professional staff knew my name every time I called, and at every stage in the process. Each time I called I was greeted by top quality individuals. I moved from CA to WA and completely filled a 28 foot trailer. The trailer had logistics post bars that slid up and down throughout the length of the trailer allowing me to move a 3,000 square foot home in one move. The Drivers on each end of the pickup and delivery were courteous and helpful. They brought great ramps to use loading and unloading, and gave me plenty of straps to secure my big household goods. if you can move your stuff yourself I recommend trying U-Pack. Moved from Apple Valley, Ca. to Marble Hill, MO. The delivery of the van was timely and as agreed. The one small issue I had was about the loading ramp! It was not clearly stated it did not come with the van, it was removed & I had large warm bodies waiting while I drove 60+ miles to get a ramp. Fortunately, 70% was boxes and I returned in time to do the big heavy furniture. Over all we are happy with the service. Will suggest the service to others.

The trailer arrived with contents in good condition but it took three days on the phone to find it. It was delivered from Fontana to Phoenix and the carrier could not find it. Finally an employee went out looking for it in the yard and found it parked in the wrong area. She got it delivered on time the next morning but it was a stressful situation.

We moved from CA to ID and U-Pack was Awesome. Container arrived as per our agreement. We changed our delivery from terminal to a storage facility and they set this up without a problem. Container arrived with all our stuff inside and unharmed. They were great and if I ever move again, I will use U-Pack. Thank you U-Pack

The drivers for our packing cube drop offs and pick ups showed up on time, called ahead of time, and were thoroughly professional. The price was very competitive. Would definitely use U-Pack again.
