Used Nelson Moving and Storage when we sold our Irvine home and retired to South Carolina. We had lived in our 4 bedroom, 2700 sq ft home for 30 years. The cost was exactly as estimated. The packers arrived as scheduled and spent 2 days packing followed by a day to load. They left the house in great shape, cleaned up after themselves and left me my vac cleaner until the very last minute to follow them from room to room. The furniture went onto the truck and the cargo was stored for six weeks -- never unloaded, but stored as originally packed. We were told they have 62 carriers so our belongings would not get unpacked -- great! less handling, less to go wrong. Six weeks later the driver and a second showed up in SC with two locals to unload the truck. Everything went like clockwork. Over 100 boxes and furniture were unloaded in a little over half a day. Everything is accounted for and only one small dish is broken .. that handle was probably cracked to begin with. Spoke to a neighbor who moved in from New Jersey at the same time ... she thought her movers had done great .. only 2 broken lamps and the foot on the sofa snapped. I recommend Nelson Moving without hesitation. They kept in touch during the move, both Chapman and the driver called for instructions and updates. Great !! Service. Amazing, and they came in 20% under two other bids we received --- Thank you, Gutz and Chapman. You guys run a great organization.

I would like to thank Chapman and Nelson Moving for making our move easy and hassle free. This was my 3rd move in 12yrs and the most smooth ever. Chapman came to our house for a quote and give us a fixed price quote. They are competitive and beat fixed price any quote. We also opted for insurance with zero deductible for $300. Some other movers were selling it for $1200. They offered a full service packing at very competitive cost as well. Their staff was courteous, show up on time and very patient with our kids. My kids were constantly asking them questions and closely following as they pack especially the toys. The quality of packing material (boxes and papers) is also superior to past 2 movers I have hired (one of which was corporate relocation). They also made a last minute adjustment for us and moved our couch which we were not initially planning to take with us. They did not charge any extra for it either. We had another quote for almost $700 less but these guys are worth paying extra for. No hassle of renegotiating price after good pickup and renegotiating number of boxes and packaging cost.

I was skeptical at first based on the low bid for our move from SoCal to Northern Oregon, but the entire process from start to finish was 1st class. The Nelson team was professional and honest. The driver and crews were the best! Every piece arrived in tact and on schedule. Moving sucks, but the Nelson team and our North American drivers, Tim & Will, were amazing. One less thing to stress over. Thanks all! Highly recommend Nelson Moving and North American based on this experience.

We recently moved and hired Nelson Moving to assist. They were professional, courteous, efficient and friendly. They showed up exactly when they said they would be there, and made sure to take excellent care of our furniture and our home. Even when we offered them some lunch or to take a break, they just kept going. I highly recommend them to help with a move.

The whole move experience was the first for us. When we relocated, family and friends helped with the move out and in to a house. Wagner and crew were very centered and concerned for our move from and to the houses. Would highly.recommend them .

CHEAP, on time to pick up, professional works, reach to destination sooner than what we expected. I would give a 5 star but they broke one of the knob of the fridge :) I highly recommend you to use these guys.
