VERY UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM MARCO LOPEZ AS A STORE MANAGER. HE DIDNT EXPLAIN ME WHAT I WAS BEING CHARGE FOR, HE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT ME SAYING IT WAS OKAY TO CHARGE, AND CHARGED ME MORE THAN WHAT I WAS SUPPOSE TO PAY. I GOT THE BUSINESS CARD FROM THE COMPANY PRESIDENT MR. THOMAS MITCHELL TO GET THE OVERCHARGES REFUNDED. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND DONT DESERVE TO RECEIVE BAD SERVICE. ALL EMPLOYEES GET PAID FROM THE MONEY CUSTOMERS SPEND RENTING TRUCKS. THANK YOU

Games games and more games. I always check here before renting somewhere else but they refuse to give you a price over the phone for a trailer rental without an email address and phone number. For twenty years here there has always been some game or hook. They wont quote the price including any fees or taxes. They actually said "we are not allowed to quote with taxes and fees"

I rented here years back and the place looked like crap. I went last saturday to rent a trailer and was surprised by the new paint job. The inside still needs work but its a huge improvement. The good thing about this spot is the employees. Everyone was friendly and listended to what I needed. Marco and his crew made my experience great.

Worried about getting my trailer hitch put on as I made reservation last week for tomorrow and they just cancelled and set another day and time without asking me. Not very customer oriented. Hopefully they will not cancel the appointment I made for Thursday.

This was an excellent U-Haul rental location. The staff was helpful and fast. I scheduled a trailer pickup for same day, and arrived an hour later. I was out the door again 7 minutes later with my trailer. 10/10 would rent again.

Great place for propane. I havent stored anything of used them for moving, but the people seemed friendly enough to me. Considering how they treated me when I purchased fuel, I would consider them first for moving.

I love this store! Very useful moving items combined with fair/friendly service. Uhaul rental was very fast and convenient. No silly charges. Manager and staff were very helpful and reasonable. Will use again.
