THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES!! I call Mayflower (via Serna Relocation Systems) & talked to Paul Bingham. I asked many questions, was given very straightforward answers & was given many promises. When I requested my items, the amount was almost doubled. Not because there was any changes but because they could. I asked... "So unless I give you ransom money, you wont give me my stuff will you"? Paul responded with... "Pretty much"! It took my 4 months to get the extra cash only to have many 4 items broken/damaged. The ONLY way they get away with it is because they take advantage of those unable to fight back. DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!

We were making the long move from California to Florida and had heard so many horror stories about moving. We got estimates from 3 different movers and chose Sernas Relocation Systems. We couldnt have been happier with our decision. Everyone was so professional and up front. They delivered on everything. Their estimate was right on the money, they stayed in contact with us through out the entire move, delivery time as promised and we had no damages to our possessions.
