My POD seems to be missing. It was stuck in Mesa, AZ due to "carrier not available" or "driver not available" and was re-scheduled for 5/1. As of this morning, it apparently still has not arrived in Chino, CA and as a result they are unable to give me any date or time of arrival. All previously promised dates of arrival have not been met. I rescheduled my flight $357 to receive POD today. Ive now paid $357 for no reason, since there is still no guarantee of when it will arrive. Since Mesa is ONLY 6 hours away, and it was there on 4/29 (Wednesday), what is the problem? Isnt there a GPS or tracking information much like you track a package, only worse, you are tracking peoples livelihoods and belongings. So where is my POD??? 5/1/2015. On top of it, some of the supervisors have been rather rude and unwilling to help, telling me that I will get an email when its available. You call in to customer service, and wait for up to 10 minutes or longer. The average phone call the past three days has taken 15-30 minutes only to find out the same information. They dont know when the POD will arrive in Chino, CA from Mesa, AZ. So, did something happen to my POD?

We have used PODS for our move from Nebraska to California and found them to be the most cost effective way of making a major move. We are both senior citizens and PODS gave us piece of mind knowing that everything from our three bedroom house would arrive in California safe and sound. We used the easy to understand videos provided by PODS online to prepare our household goods for shipping in two PODS. All of our household goods arrived to our final destination within approximately four days. All items arrived with no damage, which was one of our main concerns. Scheduling for delivery and pick up of PODS was made very simple using the online website for PODS. The folks at PODS are true professionals and work with whatever scheduling is best for you. We saved several thousand dollars in moving expenses by using PODS over the conventional moving/packing companies.

all I can say is watch out . pods will not work with me . pods knows that I am on very limited income. they wooden, t. they wooden,t let third party debit collector C & W talk to me about adjusting the monthly rent . or get a brake down of what I owed till it was to mucs and havent been able to figure out how to deal with company that uses .the California self storage act to protect them but wont follow there rules to protest the renters. get every thing in weighting . my experience is that they wont put their conversation in weighting becoies there story has changes a lot

Far far so GREAT! Joe delivered my POD a little early which was GREAT for me! He was so nice & so efficient that I went to get my lock and when I got back he was gone :( I thought it was interesting that the way they get the POD in place and Joe had it done quickly and it was exactly where I wanted it. I hope he is the one to pick up my POD because I know my things would be in good hands! THANKS JOE FROM CHINO HILLS!

I agree with the above reviews... They called me and said a morning delivery, took off work to be here., then after that time came and went, they said it changed to the later afternoon, no call, no nothing, I had to call them, and they were rude on the phone as well.. so far not impressed.

Used this service to store household items while making renovations. Delivery of the pod was quick and easy. When the renovations were done, pickup of the pod was again easy to schedule and on time. Would definitely use their services again.

Realized the lock does not work (parts missing) after finish loading everything! Had to unload everything! Called the customer service multiple time and no one calls me back! Might as well using my camping tent for storage next time!
