This is Guadalupe , im using my father in laws google lol but ne who i am just very upset and unsatisfied with the help and costumer service that MAGGIE gave me. DO NOT go with her. I have been doing bussiness with HEATHER and she never seems to fail me. Long story, short. Maggie switched my code WITHOUT me knowing nor giving her permission do to it and she gave it to the person who was in my emergency ?? crazy right bc as far as i know. She is NOT allowed to do that without me being present. so we couldnt get in for atleast 2 days. cause she demanded my id (like she couldnt get it out of my file they have...again laziness) she was very rude and till now she never gave me a respond on why she switched my code without me knowing and without my permission. she has the worst costumer service, she doesnt take responsibilites for her actions and she "tries" to make you feel like you had fault.. i will NEVER EVER do bussiness with her EVER !!! on the other hand. HEATHER is amazing and she fixed my problem. i will still go back and continue doing bussiness with her. but ONLY her, and i will recommend to everyone.... STAY AWAY FROM MAGGIE. this girl clearly should not be working in the costumer service field. she is the worst!

If you want a great storage place with terrific customer service, and you dont use Tyler Mall Mini Storage, you are missing out. As our company has grown and increased the size of storage, the staff has bent over backwards assisting us. They are friendly, well spoken, and they have great business knowledge and acumen. Their units are clean and well taken care of. Their security cameras, fence and walls, and code access gates onsite to look over and protect our companys tools and materials, is exactly what we were looking for. From the moment I met Heather 6 months ago, she has continued to be professional but accessible, knowledgeable but not condescending, firm yet sweet snd will do what she can to help you out. We found the facility neat and monthly rates very reasonable. Over the years we rented units closer but they were more expensive for less space. The managers were not only rude but the facilities were dirty and not maintained. The sign for the complex needs a new paint job but other than that, we know our units are protected so no worries. Heather is an excellent employee and since she is the first person you meet, she is the smiling face that represents the company.

After you helped me my stress if if i made a good decision went away immediately. You were so professional i felt like we were friends from many years ago. Thank you again and i will tell my friends and family this is one of the nicest and friendliest place to go if you want to get a storage unit. I have had a unit at Tyler Mall Mini Storage for just over a year now and Heather is the sweetest lady! I never have a problem, whether its regarding payment or just coming in for my stuff :) She knows her tenants by face and name, always ready to greet you with a smile on her face. The facility is always clean, the storage units, the office, the bathroom, and the driving areas. If I ever have a problem with anything I feel very comfortable going to her and bringing it up. She makes storing things so easy and non stressful. Tyler Mall Mini Storage gets an A+ from me!

Just had to get a unit on short notice, and my experience here was great. Heather was super helpful and accommodating and didnt push us for anything we didnt need. It was a refreshing difference from the other local places we checked out that were pretty shady—some dont publish any prices, there were a ton of hidden fees, and when we were taking a tour one of the guys couldnt even tell us exact pricing even though he was looking at a price sheet. None of that here—their pricing was clear, accurate, and as-advertised.

Male manager seems to have a misogynistic attitude, never have I encountered such a hatred and disdain from such a disrespectful, inconsiderate poor excuse for a human being. Completely and utterly sad when much older, out of date people are still stuck back in time, they should not be allowed to be in business with such rampant discrimination. However the female owner is very nice and apologetic, still no excuse for such behavior. I dont care if that is how they were raised, you should be ashamed of yourself!

So let me just say that this place is AMAZING! Really good prices and the helpfulness from both Maggie and Heather has been top notch. If youre looking for a facility that is clean and professional and secure, you had better hope theres room. I lucked out and got one after walking in. Seriously cant say enough about this place and these people. Maggie has been the most helpful manager Ive ever experienced. Five stars but if I could there would be 6! Thank you ladies!

I was in need of a storage unit to move my whole apartment and came into Tyler Mall Self Storage, I was greeted by Maggie who helped me get the unit I needed. She explained everything to me and showed me around the lot and also showed me the unit before I signed or bought anything. There was also a lady named Heather in the office who was super sweet! The lot was super clean and easy to get around. I would totally recommend this place to everyone.

This will be my 3rd time using this facility. Moving is one of lifes most stressful times and finding a secure place to store my things helps relieves some of it. Heather the manager impressed me with her professionalism and upbeat attitude. Cant beat the deal either 50% off first two months and the best rate on a 10x15 unit in town. Plus free box truck to move in!! Thanks again for all your help Heather!!

She was very knowledge about the facility and she recommended the perfect size unit. Her personality and attitude made this experience a delight. This is by far the most customer friendly storage facility I have ever used. It is clean, and Cindy pointed out that their primary concern is security of their customers belongings. I found her to be very knowledgeable and courteous. They also offer a free move in truck!! Im completely satisfied with the service, and would not hesitate to recommend them.
