With the numerous positive attributes listed for Morena Storage, I was eagerly anticipating being able to do business there. Unfortunately I dont know if David is a new employee or Morena and parent corporation have changed their polies; DAVIDS ENTIRE PURPOSE FOR BEING EMPLOYED THERE SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN TO MAKE SURE NO-ONE IS EVER ALLOWED TO RENT THERE, TO THE POINT OF SMILING RATHER SNIDELY WEHILE MAKING A DIRECT REFFERAL TO A CLOSE LOCAL COMPETIOR! Repeatedly things like, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, patient, through are listed in the reviews, DAVID WAS NOT ANY OF THESE!!! Joyra and Ertza were great and easy to get along with which makes me questions Davids crude, belligerent attitude. Be Warned and leery try your best to work with one of the more harmonious employees it will be worth your effort.

Getting more awful as time goes on. Started with a great price, then they raise it sporadically over time, ridiculous, seeing at they say its for maintenance but everything they have done has made the property worse. They cut back the accessible hours, then raised the price. They changed the lock system to an idiotic one that didnt even fit the locks they sell, then raised the price. They have recently made it so that you have to push more buttons to get in, and as of the 1st of July will be raising the prices again. The other price gouges were manageable, a few dollars at a time, unnecessary but still a reasonable price, but how do you validate going from $93 to $107 a month, and i started at $83 for an 7.5 x 10. As far as I can see, they reel you in with a good price, and then slowly screw you over.

Owners are the only problem with this location but it makes you dislike the place with more and more with time. If you are getting a storage for under 1 year then this is great option but if you need long term storage I recommend a place that does not raise the fees every year. They said by saying price is garunteed 1 years is the same as telling you that your rate is garunteed to go up every year. Plus if you want to downsize owners will not allow any of the special promotions because your already a customer. Ownership does not care about long term happiness of their customers. It is a Clean location, amazing customer service from the people always there working that are willing to help you move things (only the owners are rude to customers)

LOVE this storage company! Great customer service. Gosh, they helped me so much, specifically Michael in the office and Hayden. He was so awesome! The facilities are so clean. The price is really great; great value built in. When I did my research shopping around, I did not find another storage place that actually helps you move your stuff from car to unit. WOW! Having Fibromyalgia, I greatly appreciate this more than I can say. They even provided me a cold water. Here is what I love in a business: when you show up and what they have promised is delivered and bonus, if expectations have been surpassed. Here they have been! You will love them too, I bet! So happy with my choice!

Excellent customer service offered here! They give you a cold water bottle right when you walk in, the strong men who work there help you to put your stuff into/take your stuff out of your storage unit, AND you get a free moving truck and helper when you first rent a unit (a free service that you can use whenever you want, doesnt have to be right away), PLUS the helper helps you place and organize your things into your unit. Very helpful & courteous men there, very high security, very well maintained, and easy to access the units by using the freight elevators and dolleys & carts provided free to the customers. Highly recommended!

I had a helper named Angel. He was just that! There is NO WAY I could have done it without him. He was truly a godsend . Not only was he very professional he was so well organized and efficient. I would have bet money that all the "stuff" wouldnt fit into the storage unit. Angel took his time and filled every nook and cranny to ensure everything would fit. He even stayed over our 4 hour time frame to make it happen. Dont forget to tip these "helpers" as they earn it! Forever great full Julie Rancour

When I was refused a quote from A-1 Storage and was desperate to find somewhere to unload a 26 ft truck containing everything I we owned, Nate came through for me! I got a SUPERIOR discount and SUPERIOR service, including help with unloading, free coffee and water and the nicest people Ive met in a business in a long while! DONT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE!!! THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! !!!

Great company - I flew into San Diego to help my son put his stuff into storage since he was being deployed. They were great! The provided a truck and 1 helper that was kind and professional. They helped me pack the truck and protect the furniture. They also helped load the locker so everything fit! Highly recommend! Kevin ST John, New Hampshire

I am very impressed at the way the storage facility runs. Friendly service, free bottles of water, free help, coffee and tea, cliff bars for sale for ravenous customers like me...pretty much all I could every ask for when renting a storage unit. Most of all the service and care was pretty amazing. Ask and you will receive.

This place is great. Very friendly. Super helpful. Clean. Lots of staff onsite to help you move things around. Seems very secure. You pull up and they start asking how they can help you. It makes storing stuff much easier when you dont have to do it all yourself.

Dont go anywhere else. The staff are amazing the customer service is unparalleled. They help you load and unload,give you bottled water with every visit and they wash your windshield while you work. Friendly and a nice place.
