Fontana Storage Solution is the best place to get storage! All of the staff are very professional, courteous, respectful, and very helpful! They even call and email you to remind you that your payment is due, or to let you know if it is late in case you were too busy with things to realize that you didnt pay. You can even tell them to email your statements instead of put them in the mail, and you can conveniently pay on their website or Paypal if you dont want to go in to pay. You dont even have to enter the office to pay- drop your payment in the payment box! All of the units and the entire premises are kept very clean and well-lit. And to top it all off, you cant beat the affordable rates that they have for great-sized units! The lady that was there when I first got my unit was very nice. She answered all of my questions and was very patient. They have since changed management, but still are very amazing and as wonderful as they have always been! Ive had my unit since the summer, and would never leave to another storage facility. Plus, their location is so easy to find- not to mention convenient- because of the gas station, restaurants, barber shop, Curves gym, and WalMart that are just right there! I recommend Fontana Storage Solution to anyone looking for storage!

I have been telling my family and friends of mine about storage solutions and how really greater the staff are and alot more nicer and friendlier than most places are and alot more safer and security is here than anyother places are not and now me and my brother and my lady can finally get to have plenty of sleep everynight knowing just how much more our storage units of everyones and ours is way way alot more safer now that we have moved all our stuffs on over to be so much more protected and from anyone ever be braking into our units at all and thats why we are 100% alot more happier now that we are renting with you and we give you and your team 2 thumbs up to all the office staff members your an awsome team and we thank you so very very much for everything you and your team are all doing you all are so awsome and again WE THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FROM THE JONES FAMILY.

They are very professional as well as friendly. They are also very understanding during hardships and will work with you if keep clear communication. The staff is friendly and very polite. I have had my storage here for more than 6 months and i love it. I havent had one problem yet. I feel that my belongings are in a safe place . Only people with storage can access inside also the place is always well lit. It is near other businesses such as Vive Villa, Walmart, Carters liquor store. I feel very safe with my stuff being here they even have locks available in case if you need them as well as boxes. They even have hand carts to help you when you are putting things into your storage.

Thank you so much for making my move less stressful!!! I was so unsure of what i needed to do, and you guys were so helpful! I appreciate your helping me get the uhaul there as well instead of running all over. This facility was clean and secure, and the girls in the office were so nice!!! They even gave me extended hours so i could move in after i got off work!

The old lady at the front desk didnt even acknowledge us, at least say/ask what we need instead of just looking down pretending she didnt see us. She was with a customer doing paperwork but she could at least look up and ask something. Very poor customer service. We took our business elsewhere.

Very clean facility, and the staff is very nice! Alexis even helped my parents out a lot, gave them later hours to move in, which was nice, we had to help them after we got off work. Place is clean and secure which is nice! Def recommend these guys!
