I went to the storage today to get an item out of my storage and when I went to close the storage door it was kind of hard to pull down so once I got it pulled down to the floor I attempted to lock it and the lock would not engage. So I call the facility and it went to the after-hours by the way this was at 6:02 p.m. and the office closes at 6 oclock p.m. Once I spoke to someone on the phone they basically said that there was nothing they could do because they try to call the onsite manager and he did not respond therefore they encouraged me to try to break the lock, work on the lock, hit the lock with things instead of contacting the necessary person to come over and take care of the situation. After speaking to George at the call center and Brandon who by the way was very rude they basically told me they could not give me any numbers to reach anyone other than themselves and told me that I needed to put my locks on to make it appear to look like to deter Invaders away and that they would email someone to take care of it in the morning. I have so many valuable items there and I trusted this storage place to secure my things and in the event that they are secure I would hope someone would care enough to come over and help me secure this but I guess no one cares since its not their things. Dont take your things to this place because they dont care about your things there all they care about is getting a payment every month. Moving my things out tomorrow. Feeling very ignored and very unappreciated. Second entry(the next day): Did not get a call from any person at the storage but they did reply to the review, which to me was just to save face for business purposes. I called them and no one secured my storage still at this time it is unlocked because the manager now says that they cannot repair the lock with my locks on the unit(although they advised me to leave the locks on last night to deter invaders). I am now at work.... At Hemet Valley Emergency Room and the manager (whom could not eve answer his phone yesterday evening) is now requesting me to come and take off the locks that are just their as accessories in order for them to repair my unit lock and secure my unit.... I guess Im gonna have to stay there while they do it as well. This has been the biggest inconvenience ever. I might as well had called a lock smith and handled everything on my own. Thanks for calling and ensuring me that my things are OK. Thank you for calling me at your first opportunity to let me know that you would also need my assistance to do your job. Thanks for replying to the review but not taking time to call the customer. ****DonTake Your Things Here**** They are very #petty 1320 finally secured.... In about 7 minutes.

I was told I could pay the balance of my storage unit which had every picture Everything sentimental My Fathers ashes in it in 3 payments Then when I went there with what would have been the first payment the short heavy lady with pink hair told me she wouldnt except less than half So I left They sold my storage and got less than I was trying to give then when I was turned away. Look out dont store your stuff here Thier line fees are rediculous They charge for the lien, the lien notice & late fees $35 just to notify me that they pit a line on my stuff Wow!!! I didnt even get the line notice I dont think it should count as a "notice" unless I was actually notified!!!

Ever since Debbie left this place went to crap. I would not use their services you will regret it later. They let people live in the storage units which was a huge concern to me. There have been multiple times I have been there and people would come out of a closed unit. I saw one person who had a unit set up as a living quarters. I would worry about fires etc. because who knows what these people could be doing in there. I think one unit even had a generator in it!

Lillibeth is awesome, love the name. She was very pleasant person and informative. She answered questions without sounding condescending. Id checked out a competitor, they were rude, after that experience even paying 5$ more didnt seem too much of a problem. Congrats on your new assignment, wish Id met you earlier, I can tell you deserve it, rs lucky to have you, they should keeeeep you a very long time thanks again

I got a kick out of the review about people living in the storage facilities I had to purchase a unit in fact I will have two...The place is nifty my lock did not fit and they gave me one all right decent place... Legally you cant live in storage facilities but that review was funny...I am sold on A LOTTA STORAGE.

I would definetly recommend going here if you are looking for a good storage place it is way better then some of the other places I have used!! If I had to say one thing they could improve on it would be the time it takes to do the paperwork with them in the office.

I definitely recommend this facility! The staff are fantastic and I really appreciate them! My belongings have stayed cleaner than any other storage facilities I have used in the past. 5 star rating from me!

Great staff, very helpful & caring. They even have yard sales for the renters every few months. Its great! I just wish they were open 24 hours since my free time varys. Other than that definitely 5 stars!
