Still havent gotten my money back! Used this storage while I was moving and got a great deal on my unit. Used them for six months and was on their autopsy. Cleared out my unit and still got charged the next month on december 1st. Called on december 5th and let them know. They said it would be refunded to my card in 2 to 3 weeks. Never showed up. Called last week (jan 5th) and now they say they are sending me a check. Problem with that is they never called to even tell me and so they sent it to my old address!! Good rates and nice people but really horrible customer service

My experience with this facility is very pleasant the staff is really friendly the facility is very clean if you want a very nice place to store your stuff go over to American Storage East where everyone over there is friendly and the facility is clean prices are very good Ive been with them for years thank you American Self Storage for great service now and Future say hi to Jenny and her husband awesome people

My 65 year old mother in law was trapped inside the facility because they closed at 9p. She injured herself climbing out of the gate because customer service didnt answer the phone to let her out - while having to leave her car there overnight. Customer attention is lacking and were very upset that this happened in the first place. Do not use this storage facility.

Well, I have to tell you that I thought that they were sincere people to deal with. First impressions are very important. And their impression sold the storage space~! The facility itself is very well kept and clean for being as old as it is. Very good experience everytime I go to the Storage Facility.
