Let me preface my review by stating that This is the first time that I was contacted by email by the company. Ever. When I went to pay my rent on March 3rd, 2017, I had an extra charge added to my rental fee. I was told that it was for INSURANCE that I wasnt given the opportunity to opt out of !! It was MANDATORY !! What kind of Business Practice is this ?? When you DONT advise your renters,(by phone call, email, text, or US Mail) that there will be an added charge to your monthly bill for Renters Insurance ?? That it is Mandatory ?? You have Absolutely NO CHOICE in the matter ?? That when the new owners took over the business, you had the choice to either say yes or no to the Insurance, and yet they tack on the added Expense WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE ?? I Give this storage facility AND the OWNERS a FAILING GRADE.

Had a storage unit for about two years. Mostly a pleasant experience. I docked one star because when I went to close it out, the manager told me she had quit and was in the process of moving off of the property. This wouldnt have been a problem, but I was late paying my bill so they had placed an overlock on my unit. I paid the bill several days earlier, but the overlock still hadnt been removed. The manager told me that she had turned in all her keys except for one set and didnt even know if she had the key for the overlock. Fortunately she did and we were able to move out. If I need a storage unit again in the future, I would definitely consider going back.

Ive been going to anytime storage for a few years now. I have two storage units and RV space there. The prices are very reasonable and the customer service is great! I had a problem with the RV space I was in due to lack of space and they gladly moved me to another open spot free of charge that same day. The automatic bill payment each month makes it easy for me as well so I dont forget a payment. You wont be disappointed going here!

Toni Briggs was extremely professional & helpful. She understood exactly the type of unit I wanted plus the location. Being a single women I wanted a unit near the front of the facility and she found the perfect one for me. Toni is very friendly and courteous. Toni did an excellent job explaining all the paperwork I signed and look forward to her being my on going contact.

The storage facility is clean and well taken care of. The prices are reasonable and I recommend Anytime storage to everyone for your storage needs.
