I just moved from California to Gilbert and needed a storage unit quickly. We looked at multiple storage facilities and most would not have met my single biggest requirement. Accommodating a pallet jack. When we moved we put everything on pallets and no other air-conditioned facility could get a pallet jack through the door. With the truck arriving, we were under the gun. We got a 10x12 within an hour and were set. Moving headache OVER! Yay! The staff person on duty was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She explained to us how the security system tracks who goes in, who goes out, and makes sure that only that renters unit can be opened without raising an alarm. My wife and daughters feel safe and comfortable using the facility. Great experience CubeSmart. Storage done right.

Love at first sight, its clean, and simple. The freight elevator with free push carts. Very few places now a days actually deliver on "help making it easier on the consumer" this place does. Everything they offer, is something you look at and say oh....convenient that is going to help me, And the customer service was impeccable, Ive been in customer service and sales all my life. Sandra answered questions I hadnt even asked but had on my mind. She truly gave WOW service.

Can I give a "5.1"? Its tough to top all the other complimentary reviews. Ill simply say the facility is impressive -- and the managers even more so. Victoria gave me a great deal on a unit while making the paperwork quick and easy. She and Sara are very knowledgeable as well as fun to talk with. I look forward to a wonderful experience here!

I had driven about 6 hours and was going to get there after closing I called and spoke with Sara. I explained the situation and she kindly accepted to stay a few minutes after. I got there and she welcomed me and explained everything like if it was still during working hours. She was great. The storages are also well maintained and very clean.

Moving is really a lot of work and no one looks forward to moving. I would say that they made my move much easier and they went out of there way to make sure that we had everything we needed. Patricia was extremely helpful. Went thru everything with me and made sure I was comfortable with the process. Not a fan of the automated phone system. It was sometimes difficult to get thru when I was trying to set things up. Had a lot of changes with the movers. Patricia was very patient with all the changes.

Throughout one week I ended up renting three 10x15 storage units. William, the GM, is awesome. He went out of his way to make sure the units were close together. The facility is gorgeous. No worries of bugs or theft! I stumbled upon this storage facility and it was a real find!

We didnt realize our payment was not automatic and had lapsed a couple days! Sandra was pleasant and kind and didnt make us feel foolish about it :) We were offered cold water and candies and the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently.

he unit was very clean. The building was a great temperature and clean as well. No issues. I reserved online and got 1/2 off the first month which helped with the initial set up fees. Management was informative and friendly.

Good place, but the "free truck rental" they offer is only for customers that have been there under a month. Those longer, more loyal customers have to pay $40 to rent the truck. Doesnt make much sense to me.
