A year ago I needed air conditioned storage and was amazed at the lack of understanding on the part of storage providers between swamp cooling and air conditioning. Rhonda was upfront and knew the facts (matched what I knew to be true). She is very professional in approach: showed me the facility, security measures, locker space and clearly discussed the paperwork. The added bonus is that she is a very pleasant and good natured individual. Her pride in the job shows and is noteworthy! Resent check out was a snap, with Rhonda providing assistance and suggestions for Truck loading assistance. It is danged hot in June in Mesa, AZ…I suggest heading to Oregon.

I want to give uber kudos to this place!! I was in a really crappy situation, and when I called to reserve Jeff at the corp office was awesome. In addition to Jeff, Rhonda at the facility really helped me out in ways that I wouldnt have expected a business manager to act. From start to finish, I did not have a single negating factor that couldnt be resolved by these awesome individuals. When you read positive reviews, you think, hey they gave good service to one person, but you get there and your service sucks or is average. Not with these people. Thank you Jeff, and a special thanks to Rhonda. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Cheers!

Rhonda did a fantastic job. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything for our storage rental. We had a chance to check out the 10x10 to make sure it had enough room for our items. She gave great suggestions for maximizing space. Very hospitable, and nice. It wasnt a purely business experience. She was a friendly person and I can see why she is the manager because she does her absolute best following up with people. Glad we went to that Uncle Bobs location.

WOW! From the initial telephone call inquiring about the facility to receiving the key to lock for the storage unit I rented the customer service was outstanding. Rhonda took me on a personal tour, showed me how to access the facility, and answered all my questions. She was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. Rhonda truly made the experience unique and fun. I highly recommend this location.

This is a safe storage unit and affordable. I have a air conditioned 10 X 10. the unit and access, inside and out are always clean. You have to use a code to get into the building where my unit is. There are cameras inside and out(thank you). All attendants have been helpful and polite. Rhonda, who I think manages this location is exceptional. Shes always been cheerful, helpful, and know her stuff.

Rhonda was KOOL! She gave me an offer I could not refuse. She was nice enough to show me the locker before I filled out all the paperwork..I was impressed with that because the last storage place I was at had rotten service and I was given the key to go and take a look at the locker myself. Thank you Rhonda for your customer service. I plan to stay with you for at least a year.

I was in a really tough spot and the gentleman who helped me ( Dave) couldnt have been nicer.I need a storage space asap and he got me in one in about 20 minutes.this allowed my family and myself time to clear out our apartment,just in time.Dave my family and I thankyou.I would recommend this storage to anyone that appreciates good customer service and people that care.

Rhonda was absolutely fantastic! I was treated like a member of the family. I had originally gotten a smaller unit and was upgraded to a larger one at no additional charge! My experience with Uncle Bobs was fantastic from the time I talked to the woman on the phone to the time I went and purchased the rental on the unit. I was even given a free truck rental!

This storage facility is amazing thus far. We just left one that gave us so many issues including having our goods stolen. The staff here are on the ball! They truly care and are here for you at any time. Victor took amazing care of us and I hope to stay here for a very long time!!! I switched all 4 of my major units here and I wouldnt go anywhere else! ☺

Came to help my friend move somethings in his storage unit Upon moving everything around Victor approached us and handed us a couple of water bottles and told us (here you guys go so you can stay fresh and if you guys need any more just to let him know ) All i can say is Good customer service thanks man appreciate the cold water bottles.

Dealing with three different individuals in getting my summer storage unit established, i can say i had nothing but wonderful experiences with all three! friendly, knowledgable, and efficient, these folks were most helpful from establishing the rental unit account to acquiring the free truck for moving! Very nice

Needed short term storage and this site accommodated us graciously. The assistant manager in the office was very organized with paperwork and very thorough with describing the contract. We had a great experience and would use this location again because of the excellent service we were given.

Rhonda was a lot of fun. She turned what was to be a miserable experience into an easy move and even got my grumpy old butt to laugh a bit. Storage is easier then i had anticipated but Rhonda exceeded that and made it a pleasure. Just wanted to express a quick kudos to her and Uncle Bobs.

Super friendly and really helpful staff. Great storage units and a wide variety to choose from and the free one time truck use when you first get the unit is a life saver. I will not store my stuff with anyone else. Special thanks to dave whos been awesome and always friendly.

Rhonda was amazing! She did not get frustrated when I called her four times to figure out the best size for my stuff. She also helped me with boxes and even offered extended hours if the move took longer than expected. Definitely glad I chose Uncle Bobs!

Stopped in with my Aunt Ruth just to look around. The girl in the office was super nice. We dont need the storage yet, and we were shopping around, but we will probably be ending our search here due to the good service. Hope to see the same girl in Aug.

Uncle Bobs is the best place if you have anything to be put in storage. Staff are always cheerful and happy to help. The property is well maintained and there are climate controlled units available. Very affordable and the staff are very knowledgeable.

Always a great experience here the employees are helpful & go above whats expected of them. I constantly telling anyone looking for storage that this is the best in the valley. So glad carroll works at the Broadway location. She & Rhonda are the best.
