As my husband was returning the truck that we paid to rent, the manager drove in and yelled at myself and our 19 yr old daughter who was driving to move our truck. We saw that the parking was very minimal and tried very hard to leave space for cars to drive around. The manager in her Mercedes was able to drive around us to get to the key pad and decided to attack us with her stupidity and immaturity, lack of professionalism and inexperience of management quality and began to yell at us to move are truck! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! HORRIBLE MANAGER! Will be sure our friends and family and business not do business with her!

My parents just used this place today to store there stuff from a move from the Northeast and the facility is very well maintained and has great security. The man who works in the office is also very hospitable. He even offered us bottled water as we were carrying stuff outside in the heat into our unit.
