I havent even been at this establishment for a month yet. The girl who works at the front desk is super nice and always a great help. She is the only reason that I gave an extra star instead of 1 star. The manager however went into my unit without permission, because I had left the lock on the wrong side of the door because the flood lights outside did not work. So he took it upon himself to go in and take out my light bulb and ripped the string off so I cannot put in a new light bulb. So now I cannot go in there at night and put anything in my storage or get anything out of my storage. And the only reason Im staying another month is because I had a free month from a referral, because I will slowly be transferring out of the storage unit into another storage unit where I can trust the manager. Upon calling the owner he told me he would find out what was going on and get back to me. I have never heard back from the owner, or the manager! Except the day he called me 4x to tell me that I needed to come in turn off my light or he was going to charge me $35 for electric. Even though it clearly states in their flyer lights are available in some units, mine being one of them. Im going to investigate the further legalities behind entering my unit without permission and I will update this later.

Excellent Customer Service! I just dropped by today to check on storage units at Mesa East Storage Solutions. Oscar was very helpful. He showed me my options and explained everything very thoroughly. This is a nice clean facility and excellent management. I know I made the right decision. Thank you Oscar for all of your help!!!
