After researching multiple area storage facilities, I chose PS as being the the best deal all around along with very good reviews. Their 1st month $1 special move-in is a fantastic offer also. After submitting my online reservation, I received a call within minutes from Sharon. She is a delight to speak with on the phone and even more so in person. Sharon gave me a tour of the facility along with all pertinent information I would need as well as a FREE new lock to secure the unit. The entire property was very clean--something seldom seen at storage businesses-and you could definitely see that Sharon took pride in her position with the company. We talked and talked as if we had known each other a long time--she has that kind of personality. It was a pleasure to have met her and I would reccommend this PS storage to everyone! Her professionalism is beyond excellence and I know I made the correct choice to store my items.

I dont think I have ever had as good customer service ANYWHERE at ANY business as I have had with Dave at Public Storage. 1) When I first called, he quickly told me that a smaller size storage would be sufficient to store all of my boxes in rather than the large one I was going to buy. 2) He had excellent customer service skills--he was personable, friendly, genuine, and hardworking. Ive seen him walking around the facility multiple times. He even remembered my storage unit number (when I walked up to him to let him know I was done, everything was already taken care of because he had remembered when I had called a month before that) and even remembered when I had originally signed my papers. Seriously-- this guy needs a raise. I would come back not just to THIS public storage, but any PS just because of the great experience I had here. Also, decent prices and very reliable and safe.

Sharon was super accommodating, and very professional! I needed to postpone my move in over and over again and it was never an issue. Nancy helped me take care of all my paperwork and did an amazing job summarizing everything for me in a way that I can easily understand. Rebecca helped me figure out whether or not my couch would fit in my unit, and it seems silly but I was blown away by her on the spot reasoning skills. They all 3 walked me to the unit and made sure I was picking the best one for me at the right price. Im so over the moon pleased with my experience. Thank you for making this move easy for me! One less thing for me to worry about! XOXO

I checked my local Public Storage because it was conveniently located. I found it significantly cheaper than my first choice, so I went over to look it over. It was spotlessly clean, well organized, and appeared secure. My contact was very professional. I selected a climate controlled unit on the second floor. I appreciate the cart and elevator for moving my goods to my unit. My one very minor gripe is that my unit has an air handler outside the door and therefore does not have a light, making it a little dark in the back. I think this is why I got a discount, though.

I recently rented space at the public storage at 1636 W Park Av, Az. Jayden was the assistant manager on duty to show us the facility and and write the contract. She was very professional and personable. She took the time to explain the contract and made sure I was in agreement and understood all aspects of the rental. This is the second time Ive rented from this Public Storage, and with experiences like this, they have secured a customer for the future.

Dave was extremely helpful as he helped my parents (calling from out of state) reserve their unit. I was impressed at how clean the unit and facility was when I went to pay the deposit. Dave was very courteous and friendly and he followed-through with what was promised to my parents - its refreshing to find someone with such excellent customer skills! I would definitely use & recommend this Public Storage location.

Kayla is the best! This is my first time using a storage ever in life and I was extremely nervous about the whole process and what I was going to expect. She got me through this whole process seemingly and painlessly and gave me an awesome promotional rate for the first month which was a mere fraction of what I was expecting to pay. Highly recommend this facility and Kayla deserves a promotion!

I have had units at this location since 1994. On occasion, and with very short notice, I have requested additional units for temporary use. I have always found Dave and his staff to be very accommodating, courteous, and efficient in their daily operations. The property is always secure, clean, and well maintained. Sharon and The staff are excellent. Any time I have to stop by for payment or to access my unit they are very friendly and they make my day better after talking with them. This is one of the best places in general that I have done business at. Im not one of the Staff I am a 32 year old Oil-Field man with Tattoos all over and they treat me like family. I recommend it to anyone I know.

I went into Public Storage and talked with the manager Dave. I felt comfortable with Dave right away felt that he was on top of things. The facility was spotless and appeared secure. Dave has always very helpful and I actually look forward to possibly seeing him and having a chat. I will be using Public Storage in the future for all my storage needs. John

I have had a unit, sometimes two units, at this location for several years, for both personal and business storage needs. I need to visit my unit almost daily and always find the overall facility very clean and well maintained.
