Been in these units for 2 months. I broke my key in my lock. Asked them to help me out. A few minutes later, they had cut my lock off and got me back into my storage unit. The 5 star part of this experience was how happy they were to help me out. No money, no hassle, just smiling friendly faces. Great place to store your junk.

I had a UNBELIEVABLELY positive customer service experience here....its a storage unit unit and yet I have been few places that I have been treated with more kindness, enthusiasm and genuine desire to help, they where easy to work with and very accommodating, not to mention its close to the freeway and great prices.

Great location by the PG exit. Code entrance made it easy to go in and out. Not too crowded so I was in and out. My furniture was clean after using the units. Thanks safe and secure!
