I came to this location because they say 24 hour access. I needed a location available at least 16 hours a day. Well after a couple months I was told you can only be on site for up to an hour and a half at a time then must be gone 3 hours or you will set off an alarm and be fined $50 each time. Then while I was there I noticed Fat Guys Boat parts and a bunch of other "clique" people there have power in there units. I attempted to ask Maxine; the manager; how much power costs to add. I got screamed at and all but kicked out of the office about how no one there has power. Then I saw a girl across the way run an extension cord across to her unit she was moving into. The owner Martin Lorch was on site and pulled the plug then proceeded to scream at her about theft of services. Then he came back a few minutes later and gave her notice. There were at least a dozen people living out of storage units at this facility. Beds and all. Some had been there as long as 14 years; like Jimmy who just passed away. Jimmy told me a week before he passed that he had caught the manager Bob inside that same unit the girl had been given notice at prior to her leaving. He said that he came home to his unit on a Sunday night and his other unit in the next building was open a foot or two. He sat back and watched and he saw Bob come through the wall panels into his unit. Then when he left Jimmy snuck into his unit with his bed.... And later that night he heard noise and opened his door and saw Bob on the roof unbolting a roof panel on the same unit. It would seem there is some kind of theft ring going on here. They are famous for letting people out of past due bills in exchange for goods. Bob and Maxine are said to have had over a dozen large units full of peoples losses. Bob goes to flea markets on the weekends and sells the stuff. They had a few partners in crime but they packed up and moved to California so they are stumbling now. Getting caught left and right has forced them to attempt to retire and walk away clean.

I have a 10 x 10 foot locker at Arizona Storage Inns on Country Club and Mckellips. Ive had it for over 20 years.In that time I have seen managers come and go. The managers that are working there now Bob and Maxine Jones are the best that ever worked there. They are very nice and will help you with any probiems that you might have with your storage unit. I dont think you could find a manager as friendly and helpful as Bob and Maxine. I wouldnt take my storage business anywhere else.

The right place at the right price. I was moving to AZ from NJ and I needed a place near my temporary apartment. I walked into Arizona Storage Inns and got a unit for my things and a RV spot for my car while I went back east to finalize the move. The gang at AZSI were very ince and helpful and friendly. A pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend them. My car sat for 3 months and my things were all as I left them. A big thanks to the crew at AZSI. Andy

We were moving to AZ and didnt really know the areas well. Called 2 places and this one was the friendliest and best priced. We got the 20 x 25 unit and it easily accommodated all of our HHG & a small car. The staff here is GREAT with helping us move in and understanding of the areas. They even brought us donuts the morning of move in! Highly recommend Max, Bob & the whole staff here.

I have rented a unit and a parking space, with Bob & Maxine, since approximately 2003. They have always been a great help and friendly with their service. This location is the best run facility that I have ever used. I am sure that the owners will have a hard time getting anyone as capable to run this facility like they do, when they retire. A bad review for this location is a joke.

The couple that run the facility are amazing & really care about us and our storage units. As a mover Ive been to many storage places here in AZ, but the personal service at this location more than makes us for the colorful area that they are in. Highly recommend this place!

The storage facility compared to others is fantastic. The front office is very helpful and has great hours. The Managers are friendly and concerned that each tenant has a good experience. They are present and do a great job of overseeing the facility.
