I needed a storage unit that would protect my valuables from the elements. I didnt want to go to one of those outside, shady, chain link fence types of storage places where you know the owner was going to screw you over in some way or another. Cubes self Storage- Brickyard was absolutely perfect. When you walk into the front lobby you feel as if you have entered the wrong building. You think to yourself "surely this is not a storage rental place." I was then greeted by a kind, personable gentleman, named Rick. Rick was quite knowledgeable and put every concern I had to rest. Which is a pretty big deal because I had some pretty tough questions for the man, and I actually was not intending to decide on a storage unit facility that day, but Rick was so kind and helpful and the units were amazing. He didnt try to up-sale me to get a bigger unit, he took the time to make sure I was getting the exact size unit needed. The staff there really cares about their customers, the security is phenomenal, and Cubes Self Storage really does seem like a solid good company. I would even recommend them to the type of friends you see in the grocery store, where you see them and quickly decide that you need to go down the preparationH isle, as not to be seen by them. ;) But in all seriousness, stop searching through all the other self storage places on google, and just pick Cubes! You will not regret it for a moment! Ask for Rick, too!!

Cubes has been just what we needed - an immediate and convenient storage facility for a condominium we had to empty fast once it was sold, and a second facility that we needed, again immediately, to move furniture from an assisted living facilty. The staff (Mike and Rick) were courteous, great at introducing us to the facility, and have answered any questions right away. Just an overall good experience, and I would definitely recommend them. We live across the country so Cubes provides a home-away-from-home for elderly relatives furniture as they progress from condominium to assisted living to hospice. The price seemed about in the middle, and the temperature control and security and cleanliness are at a high standard. Id never used a storage facility before, but this seems to be on the higher end in terms of quality.

I recently found out I am moving. And because it was the nearest to my home I started here. The gentleman that helped me was so kind and gracious spent over a half an hour with me, showing several units and different prices and even let me know that they had other units available at their sister location. Explained in detail how it worked. Amazing customer service to a potential customer. What I loved is everything is indoors so youre not trying to fight with the elements and your things will be safe. No spiders, no rats, pristine units/building, and state of the art security. Kind staff, and you can reserve their van! What more could someone want? As soon as I figure out the size I need I will be moving my things here.

Cubes Self Storage is so convenient. Mike has been so helpful and friendly. He has helped me get additional units and has excellent customer service skills! It is a pleasure coming to cubes and being greeted with pleasant people like Mike and doing business with such customer-service oriented staff. The storage units, elevators and hallways are always clean, and the climate controlled environment is awesome. The use of the truck and all the carts to move things in and the security make cubes the best choice for storage! I have been pleased and very satisfied with the facility and the service I have received from the staff at cubes.

If you ever need to store anything, store it here. The staff is so helpful and on top of things. Before my move in day they contacted me twice to make sure I had all the information I needed and answered any questions I had very quickly. Paying online was always super easy and the area is so secure that I never worried about my stored items. When it came time for me to move out they worked with me on a prorated rate for the few extra days I needed and were super accommodating when it came time to return my keys. They were absolutely wonderful to work with and if I ever need to store things in the future I will do it here.

This is my second storage experience, and it far outshines the first. The units are clean and temperature regulated, and the security is top notch. I thought I would only need the unit for a month, and ended up being there for several. I was never disappointed with the quality and friendliness of the Cubes staff. Mike, in particular, was a joy to work with and did everything in his power to make my stay a positive one. I was referred to Cubes by a friend, and will recommend it to everyone I know. Excellent units, excellent service. Definitely a fair price for the quality.

Super clean, smart design, great access and pleasant experience all around. I shopped around the area (South Salt Lake) for a storage unit and Cube Self Storage was the obvious choice in comparison to every other facility. The staff (Mike) was very professional and kind, he made sure that I had no questions and helped me find the best unit for my needs. The access to the truck is so nice, it is super clean and has plenty of space, it helps me a lot and saves me money. I would recommend Cube to my network, it really is better than everything else I have seen.

I have been so happy at cubes. I have always had a house and last year I ended up in a position where I was without my home and had to make a quick segue into a storage. I was so frustrated and tired. I have been so appreciative of how Mike has made me feel so comfortable as I have had to move around the storage units for different sizes of units and never complained for some of the times I brought my own frustrations, and yet Mike was always smiling and very helpful....making me feel like I still had a home...because of how I felt. Thanks Mike.

I first had decided to go with another storage unit solely based on price, but after meeting the staff (who happened to be the owner), his straight forwardness about why their facility was the cleanest, most secure, and most convenient made it an easy decision. The hours are great, the facility is always tidy, and theyre always playing a nice soundtrack over the PA system to keep me grooving during the late hours Ive been at the unit.

I needed a place last minute and Rob was awesome. He helped me out and explained how it all worked very smoothly. This place is awesome and for the money you get what you pay for. It costs more but its ultra secure and I feel comfortable with my items there knowing its unlikely they will get stolen. Rob helped me find a smaller unit quickly so I wouldnt waste my money too! Great facility and location, awesome staff. I recommend it!

This is the best personal storage location I have ever used. The facilities are clean and secure, offer convenient hours, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rest rooms are kept very clean. The heated and cooled storage units keep your stuff clean and undamaged. There is covered parking to allow you to load and unload even during inclement weather. I highly recommend this business location for your storage needs.
