I have visited the towne storage on May 20 and spoke with manager call Roger, he is now retired. I asked him for storage 10x10 for two months start date from May 31 to End of July for 60 days. He said price will be 155 for these two months, but since on Monday May 30 is holiday I need to come to office on Friday and singe the papers to reserve the storage. Well I went to towne storage on Friday May 27 finished paper works and paid for two months with my American express card, Also told Roger, since I am going to move in my stuff on Tuesday May 31, please do not charge me for these 4 days from Friday to Monday, and he said, will pass it on to new manager. I came back about July 25 to speak with new manager Greg that my account has not be over charge, he said no we can pro-rate you for extra days, But after I have moved out and check my credit card, realized that they charged me 125 dollars for those 4 days that I have not used and already paid them 155 dollars for until end of July. Store Clerk Greg is good man but afraid to talk with higher manager about the word of pro-rating he and roger used. I would not recommend this storage, because they are not following their promises and want to recommend if for any reason have to use this storage pay by check or cash only. I will take this storage to court and they have to pay for all my expenses, legal fees. I have tried to negotiate with them but they are not responsive.

Great facility. Clean, secure and very professional. My fiancé and I were all set to move into a house we just rented. We had already procured a u-haul from Towne and were ready to move in to our new place. BUT, it was not ready. The owner lied to us. Panicked and with no place to go, we went back to Towne and were able to secure a great storage unit within 10 minutes. The staff was great. Polite and hard-working. They email you invoices immediately and their prices are VERY competitive. They saved the day for us. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Trust is key, and my fiancée and I trust them with our most precious belongings. AAA rating

We leased space from Towne Storage and the experience was incredible. The unit is located inside the building and a big selling point for us is that it is safe and climate controlled. The staff is knowledgable and very informative regarding the size of the unit that would best fit our needs. They have U Hauls that are on the premises for rental so that is a big plus. I cant say enough about how well the units are maintained. Thank you to the staff for being so helpful. A BIG THUMBS UP.

Rented a 26 ft Uhaul from here and it was a smooth process. We reserved the truck online, and they pulled it out for us as we did some final paperwork before handing it off to me. Very friendly people. The dolly was already unhooked in the back, and I didnt get charged for it when I asked about it. There is a Maverick gas station that was nearby to fill up at before returning back (had lots of parking lot space to turn around in). Great experience for my in-town move.

These guys are awesome! I came in last minute needing a storage unit immediately and to rent a truck within the next week. Within an hour, I was alreading loading up our storage unit. The units are secure, convenient and very clean. The Customer service was awesome and I felt as though they handled all my needs quickly and efficiently!! Having rented storage spaces in many parts of the country, Town Storage-Cottonwood Heights is by far the best experience I have had. The management and employees are polite and eager to help. The facility is clean and well run with affordable prices. The security is well provide for. If you need a truck to move your belongings they can provide that too. All around it has been an enjoyable experience.

I really enjoyed renting from this storage. Matt the general manager was great and he helped a lot. The security was excellent. I felt that my stuff was safe and well kept. The units were clean and the key locks they gave us were top notch. The storages are climate controlled and enclosed which is a really nice feature. I would recommend this storage to anyone.

Facilities are pretty good, about like all the other corporate type storage places. Rates are competitive - again about like all the others. Security system is very good. I have used at least 5 or 6 storage places in Utah, and these guys are the most friendly and helpful. I wish other businesses were as focused on customer service. Very accommodating.

Very clean and very friendly staff! Loved that I could access my storage so easily. I rented a truck from them as well to deliver my belongings to storage. I lost my keys to my storage and they worked with me to get the problem resolved. I would highly recommends this for storage and renting trucks!

Terrible!!! Dont get a u haul at this location because they will possibly not be there on the scheduled pick up time. They take an hour and 15 minute lunch when no one is at the store to help you. I sat waiting over a half an hour till they got back to pick up the u haul. I only had to move, no rush.

We have worked with Towne Storage for many years. Mike and his team have been wonderful to work with. We are located in another state which can make things difficult. If we need anything related to our unit, Town Storage is always accommodating. Very good customer service.
