They r inflexible to work with u. When ur son is home from his mission and u buying him a car. Made ur budget tight . And calling to discuss it. Would not let me get my sons clothes etv. Only what I could carry out . Before my 30 day late was up and 60 will sale my unit. After a year there. Having to deal with the man. On site never hardly being in office. Even when open. Doors locked. I knocked 1hr. One day. If u pay online and have no financial issues. Its 5. But if ur a real person whos storing ur stuff to keep it. Dont go here. She will not work with u. And fake as they come. Never flex on anything. But u must work around her vacations. Cause u cant get in tell she back. Even if paid. Is a bs business that needs someone compassionate, flexible and in office during hrs. & U having access to ur unit. When paid.. Id go somewhere. That has real people running it..

The BEST storage facility around!! The units and grounds are well taken care of and very clean. The roads are paved, not gravel, and the isles are super wide so its very easy to drive in a big moving truck!! The staff is amazing and goes the extra mile to help however they can!! We have worked with Meghan over the last couple weeks and she has been simply wonderful!! She has worked hard to be able to give us the units we need. This is the third facility we have worked with in Utah Valley and, by far, the very best!! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!

I had a great experience with them. Stored half or more of my property while moving across town. Had one unit for about 6 months and a second one for the last 2 months. Management was helpful and responsive. They gave free water bottles to all my friends who helped us move in--a small thing, but much appreciated on a hot summer day. Checking out was a breeze as well. Also: things are CLEAN! No nasty surprises when I pulled my beds and sofas out. There werent any rodent infestations or anything like that. You cant go wrong here!

My brother actually had the unit at this location but I was with him each time we had to access it. On one occasion the manager Kelly (I think is her name) brought us bottles of water. Each time we came in the office it was clean and ALWAYS smelled great. She was friendly and treated us like friends instead of customers. In the event I ever have to store anything, this is the place I will do it. Professional & very clean. Great Experience.

A decent facility, but be warned: they require you (in fine print) to give 14-day notice prior to moving out. Also, they will not prorate you if you move out before the end of a month. E.g., if you pay $140 for a month, and move out on the 10th, they will not credit you for the remaining 20 days (that little detail is also in the fine print). Seems a bit underhanded/greedy. I havent experienced these issues at other storage facilities.

Stock N Lock was a fantastic place for us to store our belongings. My brother lives in Lehi and while moving we needed to store quite a bit of stuff. The facility was well kept and clean and the online payment feature was very easy and made things a lot faster for us. The management has always been good but the current management is GREAT! I cant even remember the last time I had to ring the bell to get into the office. Meghan is always right there to take care of me when I come to pay my Gmas bill and always so personable and friendly!

I would give this place 5 stars if they had exceptions for 24 hour access. Other than that really clean nice prices and really awesome driving room... You could land an airplane in the isles
