I was very pleased with the experience I had when getting a storage unit from Stor-N-Lock in Cottonwood Heights. I had moved from a house to an apartment, and had some "stuff" that I wanted to keep, but didnt have space for it in the apartment. Kim and Geddy were very kind, friendly and helpful, and didnt try to get me to rent a larger unit than I needed. Because I will be storing my things for at least a year, I have been given a free second month. Also, as it was just over a week into the month, my first months rent was prorated. The price was great and lower than most places I looked up on the internet. I will be happy to store my things here for as long as needed, and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

When I needed information to rent a unit, Kim at this location was super friendly and helpful. She was out of the office when I returned with the signed documents, and the gentleman helping out was a bit confused with what needed to be done to seal the deal. Our gate codes got transposed, but once Geddy stepped back onto the scene, everything got fixed. Since then all has worked well and we love our little storage unit and the easy auto deduct payment method!

I love them! I have had my things in storage for 4 years, and will have long term storage needs. They have been wonderful. They are always happy to help no matter what my circumstance. I have lost my lock key, I needed to truck to move my things, and more. They have always helped me. I also appreciate the consistantcy in management. I know who Im talking to when I call. I would not even think of moving my things anywhere else.

My experience with Stor-N-Lock has been nothing but WONDEFUL! They have always been so courteous and helpful especially when I needed to upgrade to a larger storage unit. They went out of their way to accommodate me. I have never had to use a storage unit before but Im sure glad I chose the Cottonwood Heights Stor-N-Lock. They are awesome people.

Very reasonable prices and a safe and secure feeling when storing your stuff. Sharon the manager here is very helpful and makes the storage process easy. The spaces are also convenient to access and getting in and out is quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Stor-n-Lock to anyone that needs extra storage space.

We love the owners of this storage unit. They are helpful when you need to change unit size. They communicate with you quickly about concerns and payments as needed. They even put a temporary lock on our unit because we were in between 2 units and only had 1 lock and they didnt want our stuff to get stolen.

My storage unit was broken into and my stuff was stolen. All my military stuff was stolen. Nine years of my life just gone. The response from the lady at the counter.....oh that sucks. Its not secure like they say it is. They only have cameras on the front gate and one aisle way.

Moving and having items in temporary storage can always be a pain. Manager worked with me on a solution so I didnt need to move items twice due to a weird 1 day transition. They are professional and Ill be back if I ever need storage again.

The managers at this location were personable and the rates were reasonable. We had two units since we are hoarders but who isnt. We signed up for auto pay and had no problems over the year and a half. Would recommend and use them again.

Stor-N-Lock is a good, safe, clean outdoor storage facility. Would be nice if it was a bit less expensive. Others in the area are a bit lower but SNL is a nice facility.

My parents stuff got stolen and they did nothing, so much for safe. They where only there for a month too. Dont put your stuff here its not safe!
