This is only the second storage unit Ive had in my life, one for 8 years, this for 90 days. This Big Pink storage joint has been perfectly adequate, 2/3rds the price of other folks in the same zip code and they bent over backwards to solve email billing issues. Really cannot complain except that when I was "goodwilling" a bunch of stuff, the manager suggested she would donate it to a No-Kill-Pet-Shelter if I threw it in the back of her truck. Later I saw some of my lamps in the residence. Still, for price-point, security and ease of access I would recommend this joint. nuff said.

Just wanted to note how friendly and professional the office management staff was at this storage facility. Erik and Christina were so accommodating and extremely kind, and helpful. They made my wife and I feel right at home even though we just moved to the region. We were provided with great service and the utmost respect. As a military veteran they showed a very high respect to that as well. I would highly recommend this storage and their service to anyone and everyone! Thank you Storage West, and especially to your great staff at this location!!

worse customer service and harrassment by management.... have been at this location for 3 years and present management very low class and unethical...will be moving giving my business to another storage company. would not recommend using this storage company at all

Kristy & Eric are absolutely amazing people! I stayed at Storage West for almost a year & they are all about great customer service. And what other place in town lets you use s truck for free to move in with. What a deal! Stay classy, Storage West!

Stored my trailer here for a few months. They were very friendly and accommodating. I have had bad experiences with storage locations but this was the exact opposite. If I have storage needs I will definite come back.
