Uncle Bobs was by far the BEST decision I could have ever made when moving my stuff from one location to another! When I was moving out of my apartment I had not made any arrangements on where I was going to store my possessions. Frantically as I drove around looking for places that were still open,I stumbled upon Uncle Bobd. The staff took the time to help me out even though I was so close to their closing time. Got me set up with storage access and on my merry way in record time, I opted in using their inside storage(for the climate control) as we all know that the Arizona hat has the potential do warp our stuff, and let me say I was extremely pleased! Move out was also as painless as moving in was!!! I had one weekend for the next 3 weeks that I could move out and it coincidentally landed on their Grand reopening, where by the way I got to meet a Cardinals player! Umm Patrick Peterson?? I still dont know who he is to be honest! Hi Patrick(I think...?). I digress, once again however the staff was so accommodating they got me in the back and I was able to get my stuff without a hitch! I would never EVER recommend another storage company over Uncle Bobs, and out of me they have a customer for life! A+++

Phillip D. NALC Branch 576- Narissa was very helpful and the vehicle was ready to go. Uncle Bobs dontated the vehicle for use in picking up food for the Natl Association of Letter Carriers Food Drive in Phoenix Arizona. The vehicle carried an incredible amount of food back to the Post Offices where it was sorted by volunteers and off-duty carriers. The Food Banks picked it up and the hungry in our communties will directly benefit from the genorisity of customers and Uncle Bobs. A sincere heartfelt thank you for caring and helping in this community service.

Fantastic Place! John and Debbie were amazing to work with. The property is so clean and it looks like you can eat off their floors. They were so helpful in helping me get settled and I had bothered them many times with all my needs. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so. Please let them know how wonderful they are. It is nice to know there are still people out there who truly understand customer service and provide the best they have to offer. I was pleased with my service at this storage site. The managers were always helpful and very nice. Ive had to store some belongings before and have usually gone with mom & pop type places, but this time I decided to store here because it was really close. The hours were reasonable and the grounds always looked well maintained. I also really appreciated knowing that staff lived onsite, and that there was always someone there to help keep watch. Great friendly service, and a reasonable price!

Gate was broken upon entry, but a note was posted stating it was in the middle of being repaired. The facility is a little dated, and some of the units need a little work on keeping the dust and the water out, but otherwise its great storage for reasonable prices.

There is no 30-day advance notice for closing out accounts. This saved me a nice little bit of cash. I was able to empty out my unit on the last day of the month with no money owed.

I was moving and needed a couple extra boxes. I was charged an outrageous price of $20 for only 4 boxes. I will never come back nor recommend my friends to this over priced place.
