Do not use this facility. You will never be able to get a hold of them. Only their call center which have no contact other than email to the facility. In which the facility manager does not return your call. You must go in to speak to them. If your away then this is an issue. They like to play storage wars and sell of your stuff too to make a profit. Also you will get locked in the gate if you pass the time even by a few minutes. It happened to us on New Years and no one would answer the phone.

Great specials for new customers. Facility is secure, in good condition and clean. Customer service response time is lacking and needs improvement. Youll get better service if you go into the office at the location. Staff is very friendly.
