I just want to extend a big THANK YOU to Todd for working with me to get the best rates for the size unit I am renting. He knows that I am an Army veteran with over 37 years of Army service. Todd goes above and beyond his regular duties to insure that ALL of his clients are taken care of and if there are any problems he promptly address it/them. On another note, we are preparing to evacuate our unit as of 1/17/17. We are going through our boxes we have stored there. So far we have found some damage to our goods (i.e. sacred candles that have melted due to excessive heat exposure). These candles were carefully been preserved for years from our childrens baptisms (1975 & 1979) and their confirmations (1982 & 1987). These are PRICELESS candles! Now they are nothing but a glob of wax

If you have stuff to store - this is the place to store it! I was in need of a unit and fast - Todd (the manager) took exceptionally good care of my situation. He took me around in his golf cart to any of the units I wanted to see, was excited, happy, and just warm hearted. He kept the units clean and well kept even though nothing was in them (yet). His prices were amazing for my budget. He even kept his lock on my unit until I was ready to move in to make sure no one else would put anything in it. He lives on site and is always excited to see his customers. He has moving essentials available in his office for purchase and has great recommendations for movers. I feel so comfortable knowing my valuables are under surveillance 24-7 and under a personal watchful eye.

Todd the Manager, goes above and beyond to keep the facility the cleanest and safest in the Phoenix area. All storage propertys should use this one as their standard for excellence and the person that does it, Todd, should be cloned to train the others. Great job Todd."

Great service, Todd was able to help us right from the vehicle since we had crying twin babies in the back seat. He brought water, all papers that needed to be signed & explained everything right from our vehicle. He ensured the unit size would accommodate all of our things by taking the time to drive back to check while we were unloading that it would all fit. Prices are reasonable, especially with the 50% discount for two months. Very friendly & caring owner. Highly recommend!

I am a very long term customer with multiple spaces and couldnt be happier with the way Todd (the manager) and his staff operate this facility. They are very helpful and great to work with. The facility is well maintained, clean, and any necessary repairs are made promptly. Security is very good and the property is watched carefully. The security sensors and video recording system is kept in good working order and monitored continuously.

I saw the high ratings that others gave Todd the manager so I thought Id try US Storage. He IS great. He reserved a 10x30 space for me over the phone even though we wouldnt get there for a few weeks. Great guy and very energetic. I saw the place and its well kept/clean and he gave me ideas on how the movers can get their huge truck in there to unload. Im very glad we chose Todds business. Definitely worth a 5 Star rating.

Todd the owner was great. I had planned my move to AZ in advance and he has helped me out tremendously. He worked with me to insure I have a unit saved until my move and provided me with discounted months for a storage unit that would be suitable for my stuff. Staff is friendly. Fantastic place. Todd is helpful and funny and actually cares about you and your stuff. I dont worry at all about the location because it is secure and Todd made sure we were well taken care of. Start up was quick and easy. The grounds and units are super clean and kept up. Lucas the new manager there was very helpful and did everything in his power to make sure I left on a good note. I highly recomend these units to anyone in the area now that Lucas is making changes to the managment.
