Let me start by saying I have never used a storage facility before. I had no idea how it worked or what I was getting into. When I sent a random email in August 2016 inquiring about space to store our things in moving from Indiana to Arizona, I got a prompt response, a VERY good rate, and clear directions. I stated my arrival date and set everything up prior to our arrival. During our drive, we realized we would be later than we had planned so I simply emailed Michelle and she responded directly back to let me know our space would still be ready upon our arrival. Since we have been here, we have gone to the unit several times. The facility is secure and I always feel safe when I go there and know that my things are safe as well. We have been staying with relatives and just found out about a house that we may be able to gain possession of on Friday. I simply called to ask if we could pay for the extra days and Michelle was very friendly and helpful in reassuring me and walking me through the check-out process. I appreciate this company, this location, and Michelle for all her help in calming my nerves about storing my things.

I just want to commend Ms. Smith on exceptional customer service. I appreciate the ease of canceling my storage space. It was an unexpected stressful situation dealing with finding a new storage spot when we could not pull our camper home. She made a stressful situation a lot easier. Not only did she cancel our storage with ease she also refunded us! I was seriously impressed with this above and beyond service. I have been a customer since before the new ownership. Iam proud to say the customer service has been excellent and the compound with all the upgrades and renovations is a plus! Easier access and convenience. Michelle, is a splendor to communicate with and very helpful with all the questions i needed answered. I give 5 stars and i will continue to use theyre service for storing my boat. The upgrade in security leave me secure in leaving my belongings in a safe enviroment. Thank you!

I have to say that my stay with this location has been the best . From the start the customer service and smile received entering the office from your manager just made everything ok and comfortable. I have no negatives or complaints. If i am ever to need a storage again this will be the location i return to .

So far so great. Setting up the storage unit was easy. Except it took a while for them to get the code correct to let me out of the storage unit but it was all pretty funny. Their prices are amazing and the cleanliness is unbelievable.

I have multiple storage units here and have not had any problems. Management is prompt and friendly. All units are secured behind a gate and there are cameras. Units are clean and easy to access. Love this place!
