Horrible place run away!. I rented paid all the fees they didnt charge me the prorated amount that was to be due 4days later of about $15 dollars. So when I called to pay the next month they said I had all these extra fees and a lock on my storage over $15 dollars! So I paid over $230 to straighten everything out. My unit is $110 per month plus insurance lock fees. So after all this I just set up auto pay to avoid any other fees. By the way they are very rude if you have any issue or question anything. So I go to my storage today they have a lock on it. They had to cut it off and I had to buy another lock that was about $25 dollars again this was over the late prorated $15 dollars I didnt know about. I would have happily paid that when I rented the unit. Stay far far away! Ray is a joke and no one their has any respect if you have an issue. You have been warned Im happy to pay my bills. And will be transferring to another storage that is the same size and only $55 per month.

dont rent. they are the worst. customer service raises their voice at you because of their error. I cannot make a payment for my AZ storage location. I am not in AZ and they want me to fly from WA to AZ not to lose my things because they reset my account info. when I attempted to reserve a unit in WA. which I did not do as the manager was incredibly rude and lied to me about a quote over the phone. some of the worst customer service Ive ever received. I will never do business with them again and am task-grabbing someone to change my storage facility on principle alone. and as an SEO professional it is obvious all of the positive reviews are in-house, notice same buzz-words used over and over. and repeated bad grammar their/theyre error. now watch for updates to be done in same day...

Rented a unit at PS on 75th Ave and McDowell Christina the property manager and also Lincoln called me because the prorated was almost due I vacated on 12-8-2014 Christina called and said I had left a few items in the unit the unit was left clean NO ITEMS WERE LEFT IN THE UNIT I called and asked them to remove me from the system and Christina went ahead and charged me a cleaning fee of $100.00 which was serious outrages considering the unit was LEFT CLEAN. Never again will I rent at PS. Anyone who rents from Public Storage Please be aware. Christina was very rude. I would give a NO STAR REVIEW but would not let me so had to give a 1 Star Very bad place to store ur belonging

Thank you Public Storage for making my life A LOT less chaotic and stressful. You guys were ALL so very professional, prompt, pleasant and truly did your very best 100% of the time! After having a terrible experience with Uncle Bobs in Tempe (which had leaky roofs, and not up to codes or standards) I felt unsure of my options. Public storage On McDowell and 74th ave ALWAYS went above and beyond to keep my financial life and my MOST PERSONAL BELONGINGS safe! Things were as livable and easy as they could be thanks to you guy.I will always recommend, AL CHRISTINE LIZ and LINCOLN THEY REALLY ARE HERE TO HELP!!!! THANKS AGAIN YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMER ROSE W.

This place is a dump. Got locked out to get my work truck due to a key pad malfunction. Never got notified from the office about the situation. When I went to speak to the manager about my concerns he said its not his problem. Continued to roll his eyes when I addressed him about the litter and people living in their storage units. The place is trash, the office staff is horrible, and homeless and drug addicts roam the so called "gated" community. Dont rent from here its a bad area and your items are not safe and you will never be able to speak to the corporate office about your concerns.

Ray was AWESOME!!! He looked out for me when my sugar dropped and cared for me as I am a mechanical heart transplant patient newly moved here a week ago from Toledo Ohio and had just spent 5 days in Banner Hospital and was relying in day labor to unload my UHaul and it was going badly and they werw beginning to threaten me for more money in Spanish and I dont speak Spanish. He protected me, brought me grape juice, spoke to them, and fixed the situation for me. GOD BLESS RAY!!

They used to provide a really good value, but the price has steadily gone up. Also thre used to be plenty of carts available for use, a benefit they were sure to point out when giving me the tour before I signed up. Now they only have one and you have to go to the office to check it out. If you need a cart while the office is closed you are out of luck. If someone already has it checked out you are out of luck. I am cancelling my unit.

I stored at this place for a couple years and have always had great service from the staff that was here. A couple employees are gone from when I first rented, but they seem to replace them with just as good of people. They are always helpful and smiling and they call me if something isnt right with my space or account. I appreciate this because when you have alot going on sometimes I tend to forget about the rent. Thanks all!!

This was my first time storing and they made everything so easy, they made me feel that my things were safe. I will recommend publice storage to all my family and friends. I was amazed with how clean and organized this location was. It was quite welcoming. Then I met the ladies at the front desk (Christina and Cindy). They were very professional, very knowledgeable, and made sure to leave no questions unanswered about the facility. I would definitely recommend public storage to anyone who has a need for the services they provide. A+ in my book.

I was extremely pleased with my experience there, the place was much more well kept then other locations that I have seen. Two ladies, Lisa and Cindy, were extremely helpful, they had answers to all my question and even more to questions I didnt know I had. By far best location. I would recommend it to all my family, friends and anyone else looking for a unit.

I liked the location because of where its located but other than that, it seems to me that they have costumer screwing services God forbid smiles here, and if they can tow you out of your home they would, they have called towing on me while I was at the office, on multiple occasions, Im getting out of this zoo as soon as I get a chance

This is my second time with Public Storage, and Im very pleased with each experience. Sandy at this location was very cheerful and has excellent customer service! Shes makes my visit every time I come into pay my monthly bill. I highly recommend Public Storage for your storing needs, great prices too!
