I cant even begin to rate it 1 star. The manager had to be the rudest nastiest person alive. Ive been trying to make payments on my unit from NY. Initially they accepted my credit card but when I got behind due to my income the manager Luke, wouldnt accept my card any longer making me have to overnight her a money order when I made payments. I sent another money order put 2 weeks ago and now she claims she never got it and sent me an email yesterday saying they were selling my unit today. I called today to beg her to accept my visa over the phone and she said she sold my unit at 9am and wouldnt help me out to get in touch with whoever bought tickets get my personal things back. Then she literally hung up on me and wouldnt answer when I called back. What can I do all the way in NY now?

On July 21, 2016 I tried to remove my items from storage and close my account. I scheduled movers to meet me at the storage place. I was unable to access my items due to a LOCK being placed on my storage. I checked my account and found that the AUTOMATIC PAYMENT on my account was deducted and paid to Rio Estrella Storage Solutions. I made a second trip back home to look for another key, but verified that it was the right key and I had been locked out. Rio Estrella Fred and Lupe Mastriona gave me the most horrible customer service and refused to admit their error. Lupe was laughing and riddiculed me in front of another customer. I was unable to remove my items due to lose of transportation due to Rio Estrellas error.

From the get go the lady was rude. Insisted I have the truck back by 5 so I did. Her husband decided to let me keep it until 8am next day. I returned the truck at 1030pm with 3/4 gas the EXACT amount the truck originally required. The next morning I listened to a voicemail indicating it was HALF A NOTCH under 3/4 and I will be charged $25 plus $5 for the gallon they claim it was missing after letting it run for 5minutes! So two days into getting this unit they locked me out of my PAID storage until this truck charge is paid for. I was not present when I returned the truck to do inspection seeing it had to be returned by 8 and they dont open yet. RIP OFF. PAYING IT AND GETTING MY THINGS OUT OF THIS PLACE!!

Rude and Horrible . The lady was absolutely obnoxious . She wasnt helpful made me wait while she took personal calls on her cellphone. I will never go here again or recommend this place to anyone. They really need to work on customer service. Theirs is appalling
