Id certainly give this location 5 stars, but the Public Storage company is a little goofy. I know theyre a big company and all multi-state organizations are different and highly siloed which makes them feel rigid, and it is that dynamic that leads me to subtract a star. Another reviewer commented that the "online price" is different. Well, I found out about Public Storage and their "online price"...well, online. I called and asked about the price quoted online and the friendly and very efficient CS Agent gave me some BS answer about "the facility has specials and those only last for a very short time, the rate I can get you today is...(insert price that is nearly 20% per month than what the price was online)." So, I go, with my first load of stuff, to the front office and the very friendly staff say that I need to go home and sign up "online" for the rate on their website, and that their corporate offices dont allow them to extend online deals to customers who learned about the existence of their company...ahem, online. It just doesnt make sense and I hope that policy changes because it is stupid. There isnt another word for it. Maybe arbitrary would work. Anyhow... Luckily, I had my smartphone with me and they were able to cancel the reservation the CS Agent made on the phone and I was able register with my phones browser...online, and get the rate that made my decision for me in the first place. Goodness... The staff was friendly about the ordeal and helped me along the way. Be ready for the insurance spiel. They want to insure your stowed goods for you (insurance is such a racket). You can deny it with a waiver, something I misheard at the onset and made a fuss about unnecessarily. Don and Debra were very patient with me. It was late in the day, I was hungry and not in a good mood. It kinda felt like a Snickers commercial. The facility is clean, well monitored and the layout is thoughtful. Be ready to listen to 30 minutes of blather before you can move your stuff in and make your time accomodations accordingly.

Really nice facility. Everything is in doors and air conditioned. When we moved in, it was extremely clean. Now? HORRIBLY RUDE office staff. We moved in under the previous owner, the changeover was anything but smooth. We were harassed and threatened when we didnt immediately come in to sign a new contract (like their change in ownership was our choice?). The due date changed, fees increased, and the customer service went in the toilet. There can only be one unit "owner" with this company, so they wont talk to a spouse (or they make you feel like some scam artist when you are trying to talk to them about your unit), so make sure you list the person that will handle all the bills with them. Not to mention, it isnt nearly as spotless and easy to use as it was before. When we moved in, there were plenty of rolling carts available whenever you were there. Now, they are only available to you when the office is open and you must go give your drivers license to check one out. Oh, and there is the added pleasure of dealing with the rude office staff who act like your goal is to steal the cart and run away with it. Seriously, the only reason we havent moved out is the cost of moving an entire house worth of stuff before we are ready.

I recently had a bad experience at Public Storage where I figured no one would listen. Today I recieved a phone call from Ryan. He listened to my concerns, was very apologetic, and showed empathy. Without even asking for anything Ryan stated he wanted to make it right. He committed to fixing the issue and within the hour Ryan was back on the phone telling that he took care of it. Prior to Ryans call I would have never returned to Public Storage. But Ryan truly showed me that the customer is their first priority. I am impressed with his professionalism and the importance of making it right. Thank you Public Storage for employing someone that cares. I will be back as a customer and I will tell everyone that I can about the great people and service at Public Storage.

Only giving 1 star because the office staff are nice people, although not quite professional! The property was well maintained when I first moved in almost a year ago, however that is not the case anymore!! Also, what good is the security, if the office staff finds the doors open and shrug their shoulders and walk away without at least trying to rectify the situation? With that said, I will let the following pictures speak for themselves. *Please note that upon asking if the facility was sprayed - Pest Control- I was given a firm, "No!"* **Update: the website will not upload any of the pictures of the bugs, spiders and debris that I have tried to upload (6! Yes, I have tried 6x to upload them!! I call that some serious mistrust of the website!**

Shelley introduced us to Public Storage on the phone. She was super friendly, courteous & patient. Based on her demeanor and the information she gave us, we decided to reserve a 10 X 10 unit and go see it the next day. When we arrived at the Willow Ave location, Joni helped us. She, like Shelley, was very upbeat, professional, helpful & knowledgeable. We enjoyed our conversation with Joni and we were impressed with how clean and cool (climate control) the unit itself was. We also liked to total indoor storage because it seems more secure. We rented the unit that day and look forward to our "move in". The people at this Public Storage facility are so likeable and their prices are comparably reasonable. We were very pleased!

Al assisted me with reserving a unit. He was very friendly and knew his way around the facility. He was fast and efficient with the paperwork process and made sure that he answered all of my questions. He was very helpful and professional in every aspect possible. I reserved a unit online the night before I realized I needed a storage unit and was able to move everything in within 24 hrs. Al contacted me the next morning to formally introduce himself and was able to accommodate my last minute schedule. After researching a few other units, I found that this was the place to go. The units are VERY CLEAN and are constantly monitored via cameras so I feel secure leaving my stuff here.

Dont bother. Rent is way too high. Cant get in after 9P.M. doors on one side always broken. Massive sewer beetles and roaches along with crickets. Has no garbage cans to even throw a candy bar wrapper away. People just leave trash and broken furniture wherever. I have watched management walk by and just leave it for days. Cant even use a rolling cart after 6:00P.M. they lock them up!! People have broken into this place and their great security cameras dont work! Have anything of value dont put it here!! Wont ever be back!!! Came one night at 8:30 P.M. doors were standing wide open for anyone to walk in so much for needing a code to get in.. What a joke!!!!
