I loved the experience and the price of this place! I booked online went in the next day and moved in. On the day of move in, Paul greeted us friendly right away, was polished and provided good customer service. Karen was quick and made the paperwork a breezy process. They have two really good people in their positions & its nice to see. Really good customer service, everyone knows, this alone brings business back. Definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for good customer service and good prices on storage (they have Individual locker sizes to family sizes) and good realistic prices on locks for the units. I went to Public Storage before going here and they were selling their Chateu Locks for $10 more than what Store More! is selling it for. Thank goodness I was patient & waited definitely recommend and refer you to go with this storage company rather than a "big brand" company. Bonus: Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Downer: Only semi-bummer is that you have to get out your vehicle and code out to open the gate to exit. But maybe they have reasons as why you have to... ONCE UPON A TIME THIS PLACE WAS THE GREATEST PLACE TO RENT A STORAGE UNIT. BUT NOW THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND THEY JUST PLAIN SUCK. THE ONLY PERSON WORTH A DAMN THERE IS PAUL. HE IS THE ONLY ONE I EVER SEE DOING ANYTHING BESIDES SITTING ON THEIR ASSES. THERESA IS JUST PLAIN RUDE AND COULDNT MANAGE NOT TO ROT HER TEETH OUT FROM DOING METH AND JUMBO MANAGES TO WALK FROM HERE TO THERE AND THERE TO HERE NOT REALLY DOING A DAMN THING. PAUL IS THE ONLY ONE LEFT FROM THE OLD CREW AND STILL MANAGES TO MAKE IT FEEL LIKE HOME. I WALKED IN TODAY TO PAY MY BILL AND HE GREETED ME AND ASKED WHAT HE COULD DO FOR ME. THERESA COULDNT MANAGE TO STOP PLAYING ON HER PHONE LONG ENOUGH TO ACKNOWLEDGE ME....ONLY ATTEMPTED TO DO SO LONG AFTER PAUL LOOKED UP MY ACCOUNT AND PROCEEDED TO TAKE MY PAYMENT. THE NEW HIRES AS WELL AS THE NEW MANAGEMENT HAVE A POOR DISPOSITION. THESE DEFINITELY ARE NOT SKILLED WORKERS NOR MANAGEMENT MATERIAL. I MISS KAREN VERY MUCH. THANK GOD PAUL IS STILL THERE OR ID HAVE TO LEAVE AFTER ALMOST 2 YEARS. SINCERELY SHAWNA WHITE

Thank you so much Linda at Store More for all your great help from the beginning of our storage facility journey until the end. You went all out saving us from the all the headaches we could have gone through. We relocated our storage from Las Vegas where we stored at Stor-More thinking it was the same owner. We had previously looked at other storage facilities but werent happy with what we looked at. We wanted something similar to what we previously had in Vegas and thankfully we found it here at Store More. We love the roll-up storage units, the convenience, cleanliness & security that your facility offers (oh and let me not forget the friendly staff). We look to many years of storing with you. Love this place. Staff is always helpful and willing to help in what ways then can, ie: courtesy call, explaining things that got confusing. Out of all the storage places Ive been to, this is the best place Ive ever stored my stuff at. Ive been with this location for about 2 years, left and came back here because of their service. I have now been back for 5 years. I always recommend my friends and colleagues to this location and they have never had a problem either. Awesome place.

Dont store your stuff here, there were 37 break-ins in one month and no customers were notified. It is a hastle to get the insurance to pay out and it didnt cover the cost of stuff inside. The alarms are at the top of the roll up doors so the doors can be pulled off the track from the bottom. There are no inside cameras, dont let them fool you! Corporates answer? Thats what insurance is for! Insurance doesnt cover memories and keepsakes. Spend your money elsewhere!

DO NOT RENT HERE. Theyve charged my card so many times Im having to close my account because they wont refund the money. Management was terrible, they will never answer the phones and always have a note saying they are gone from office in the door. When speaking with the front office, the lady in the front was completely unprofessional and began yelling when I came back after the third charge. STAY AWAY.

Ive been to a few storage facilities during my moves and Store More is my favorite. I got an excellent deal on a drive up 10x20 in 2011 and I still have it till this very day. They have alarms, cameras, security gates, and a great staff. The free truck was also a huge help to my move, all I had to pay was the gas I used.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked to see the facilities prior to signing the lease, and the staff immediately assisted me. The prices are very competitive. The facilities are clean and just as advertised. I rented two units for an upcoming move. I will definitely consider using Store More again.

The staff is Great. They are very knowledgeable about what is available at their facility; speaking in terms of the size of the units, as well as the other products that they sell in the office: locks, boxes, bubble wrap, tape, mattress bags, etc. As a bonus: the facility is ALWAYS clean.

This place is a joke. All my stuff was stolen, my unit was broken into. Units are supposed to be individually alarmed, BS! The thief who broke in didnt even have to cut the lock. No call from management. They didnt care. Store your stuff here if you dont want to see it again.
