I received outstanding customer service from Ty Dvorak starting with his follow-up phone call within two minutes of reserving the unit I wanted online, to set up an appointment to see the unit and secure my reservation. Considering it was the only unit available of its size at that time and at this location, I needed to act fast. He not only did a great job of explaining everything about rules, requirements, insurance coverage options, hours and my reservation; he had my unit thoroughly cleaned and ready for me on the day I went back to sign the agreement and start moving things into storage. Mike took care of my rental agreement on my next visit with more excellent customer service! Overall, this location is definitely 5-star in my book. Best security Ive ever experienced at a storage facility ( and Ive rented storage at 3 different locations, under 3 different companies/ownerships, in 2 different states.) None even came close to the level of cleanliness, friendly management and staff, exceptional quality of customer service, and security I found at this location.

I have been using this Extra Space Storage for just over a year and have been very impressed! I love the security and the attention to detail. More than once, Ive accidentally shut my unit incorrectly and the lock wasnt secure... Extra Space has called me within 24 hours to let me know of the problem so I can secure my belongings. That is truly amazing. Ive also been locked out of my unit before due to a "Gate" and "Time" misunderstanding (clock in the car was different than that of the gate). The manager came down on a Sunday to let me in and fix the problem. Thank you for all you do! I proudly write this review and will continue to use this facility for the remainder of my storage needs.

I recently rented a storage unit from Extra Space and I would definitely do so again! Here are the things that have impressed me: - The on-site manager did a great job of helping me select the appropriate unit, - The rental process was streamlined, - The facility is very well maintained, - The security provisions are great with alarms on the premises and each unit, along with video surveillance. Also like having the manager dwell on-site. - Customer service has been helpful and courteous both before and after the sale. - Rental rates are competitive and include a free move-in truck

I first called and reserved a space thinking it was air conditioned. The manager called me back and referred me to the Beardsley location, as all his storage spaces were outdoors. I reserved a storage space online at the Beardsley location and she called me back within 10 minutes. I scheduled to meet with her on Saturday. When I arrived she was extremely friendly. Josie took us on a tour and showed us the storage space. It was perfect. The paperwork was completed quickly and my experience was great. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs! Either Mike and Mark have helped us over the past two years and we have found them most helpful and friendly. The unit was clean and sprayed, the site very clean and inviting. This is a very nice and clean place. Sonia is a very nice person who treats you like a friend as soon as you walk in the door. She showed me the unit and said she will clean it up before I bring my stuff. It looked perfect to me and I told her she didnt have to but she insisted that she will clean it up. Im very happy I chose Extra Space Storage.

I went in to inquire about rental space as a first time renter. Ty was very professional and answered all my questions clearly which will help me for my up coming storage needs. Everything was very professional until it came to doing the contract. I valued my contents at $500 and was told I needed to get insurance of $10 month or $120 a year. I think this a rip off. I mystery shopped ESS in ABQ and was never told about the insurance requirement. I will be looking for another alterative.

Just moved in so I reserve long-term judgement, but so far I am very pleased. The facility is very clean and the manager lives on site. Security is high and the spaces are temperature controlled. Move in was easy and I would highly recommend this storage site.

This is a fantastic brand new storage facility. Mike is great and they have camaras and alarms on all the units. It is very clean and was the cheapest rental for the refrigerated 10x20 units. I would recommend this facility for storage
