Pathetic, The sign on the doors says office hours are 9-6, yet they have a floating lunch hour there. We had a package that we paid for three day delivery by FedEx, Fed Ex showed up as promised but no one was available to take the package because it was during Lunch Hour. FedEx went back the following day at an hour earlier and, the office was closed because they had to go "Cut A Lock". While we were there to intercept the FedEx truck we saw 5 different vehicles arrived, the drivers went in the building and walked out disgusted as there wasnt anyone to serve them. By all means, do not use this facility unless you dont mind being inconvenienced. Logic would only dictate that a mailing center to be open during all hours of business to accept packages from varius delivery companies at various times during the working business hours, and to serve customers.

We rented for over a year and thought the place was an excellent choice for storage. They have a great staff and we always felt safe moving our stuff in and out of the unit. The unit is evap cooled so it does not get overly hot in this blasting AZ sun. We just closed our account and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Will tell our friends about them as well. Prices are reasonable, clean and well run.

Out of the many storage units I have had over the years, Arizona Self Storage is the best. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the office is the most professional, the gates always work, the units open and close properly, the security is great, and the property overall is very spacious unlike some other storage businesses.

We have stored our motorhome here for a year and really like the facility. The owners are friendly and helpful. I locked myself out of my car one day and Camille was so good to help me get a phone number for a locksmith and gave us a cool place to wait. I highly recommend this facility!

GREAT customer service, GREAT security. Highly recommend this location! I was happy to hear that the owners live on site and they hear immediately if there was ever a problem with storage. Excited to store with them: rented a 5x5 for a small dorm room storage.
