My wife and I recently moved and we needed a climate controlled storage room for our furniture and other personal items. If you have ever stored anything in Arizona through an entire summer, of 110 degree heat, you know what damage the heat can do to anything you want to store. We shopped around and found that StorQuest Self-Storage to be the best place for us. The place is immaculately clean and well taken care of on the outside and inside. In most storage facilities you will see doors broken or not working correctly, trash bins filled up and overflowing and many other visual maintenance items that need attention. StorQuest is different when it comes to storage facilities! They really do care about their image and the quality of service they provide to their customers! It shows on the surface and within the office operations of collecting and receiving monthly rents. Always courteous, and helpful Kevin and the other management staff all work hard to satisfy your needs. I would not even think about renting and storing anything with another facility, because I feel confident that this organization is honest and provide more for your rental $ than most of the other storage facilities. I would recommend them to anyone that has the need to store anything!

This is the second time in my life that I have had to put most of my lifes worth of stuff in storage. I love that stuff so much that I drove it across the country in a 26 truck...and Im a woman. So Im pretty close to it and wouldnt just leave it in any storage facility. The Peoria StorQuest is secure, clean, well lit, and a cool climate for my precious belongings. I have had no complaints since being there over 2 months. I go there often to add or remove things, and there has never been any problems or hassles. Im not uncomfortable to go there by myself, which means a great deal. Gina and Kevin are simply wonderful! They are professional, polite and always helpful. I know that I made the correct choice. I rest peacefully knowing my stuff is being well kept and watched over. Thank you Kevin and Gina for making me feel at peace.

We recently relocated and moved our entire 2 story household of furniture from Illinois to Arizona. Not being familiar with the Sun City area we were a little apprehensive as to what storage facility to use once we arrived. We decided on StorQuest after reading all that it had to offer on their website. We couldnt be more pleased with our decision. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions including giving us the names of several different moving companies who would be able to help us unload our belongings once we got to the facility. The lanes between the units are very wide allowing us to navigate our 26 truck with ease. Its a very modern, clean, and above all secure facility. Just an all around well run operation. Very user friendly. So glad we chose this site :-)

I want to say that the Storquest in Peoria, Arizona is great. The facility is clean, well lit, cool, and has good security. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Compared to other storage places, Storquest is by far the best choice. I am able to go any time and retrieve what I have stored. I dont have to worry if the office isnt open. When the office is open, there is call system to call the front desk if you need help. There are carts always available. People are good about putting them back where you expect them to be. I just havent seen as nice of a storage place like this before. I learned about this place by word-of-mouth and of course it was a good recommendation.

If your looking for a clean safe and customer friendly place to keep your valuables; this is the place to rent. Kevin and Preston will not only give you an affordable rate, they will remember your name and greet you with a smile. Here they dont just rent you a place to store your stuff, but develop a report and customer relationship as if you have joined a club or some sort of special membership. I not only recommend this place, but can guarantee youll be pleased with your experience. They have a military discount, so all my Marine brothers come check this place out if you need a storage unit. Also congrats to Preston for your recent promotion to manager.

Our charitable organization uses this facility to store supplies and inventory. We have one unit and now will relocate to our new unit. Dan was extremely helpful on our move into the facility and assisting me to evaluate a larger space. I was so glad he suggested that we walk out and check unit sizes, as we really did need a larger one. Truly appreciate the time he took to review our options, because we have a better long term solution. Great access, easy instructions to use. If you have extended offsite storage insurance, make sure to bring the paperwork with you to save $9/month. All stored items must be insured. Clean and well lit. Coupons online.

I left AZ in 2008, it was very hard to leave behind all my personal possessions, things that belonged to my mom and my grandmother. Recent events had changed and I had to move to the east coast and financially I could not take my most treasured items. I knew I had found the right place to store my belongings when I talked with Gina and she assured me that my things that were most dear to my heart would be safe. They have helped me numerous times and Gina/Kevin are very professional and sincere. I have been with them almost 2 years and never did i worry if my things were not safe in storage. Kevin and his team at the Peoria,AZ Storquest run a tight ship. I am military retired and have had the opportunity to use many storage facilities around the good ole U.S. Kevins place is the best I have EVER used. I have been there almost 3 years now and it is always clean and very well maintained. His staff knows a lot about storage AND security. Their entry and exit systems have never failed in any way and they are always available to answer questions and concerns. Their temp controlled stuff is the best. I recently had to help a family member arrange for storage long distance. I was so impressed with the facility and the staff at the Peoria location! The facility is so clean, I was amazed. I have used storage facilities in the midwest and to say they were a dump would be an understatement. This place is amazing. The staff was so helpful, knowledgable and polite. I wish you would expand to the midwest, you would put everyone else out of business! Kevin was so easy to talk to, very helpful and knowledgable. I didnt see any need to look anywhere else. Keep up the good work, and hang on to your staff!

My expectations of a Self Storage facility are very high as I managed an upscale one in Oregon after retirement. My wife and I needed a storage unit when we moved into Sun City West and we found StorQest Self Storage, so we checked it out. We were very impressed as to the cleanliness and the overall operation. We talk with Dan and he was very professional and helpful. Walked us through the rental process and gave us a tour of the facility. We rented a unit and are extremely happy with our decision to rent at StorQuest. Thank you Dan and Nathan for a very positive experience.
