The staff at Palm Gate RV & Self Storage are great especially the manager, Debbie. We were moving from SC to AZ and needed to store our entire household for a few months while our house is being built. Debbie was very nice and helpful with information. Even though I called weeks before I needed the unit, they held it for me without charge. The day the truck arrived at the facility, our storage unit door was open and ready for us. It turned out we needed another unit and Debbie had one right next to the one we had rented - how convenient was that for us. We used Atlas, a national moving company, and the driver/owner of the truck cab was very impressed with the facility especially that it was air-conditioned (we moved in August!). He also commented that it was a better RV storage facility than his brother was currently using for his RV because it was covered and had electric. Thumbs up all around! Janet and Roger

If your thinking about renting a penske truck from them, forget about it. They are rude, have zero clue about the vehicles they are renting and didnt like answering questions about out rental. We had an issue with moving a vehicle on a car trailer and their attitude was "not our problem, go away". If thats how they handle something simple, I would never want to rent storage from them. The lady that works there has no clue and talks over you all the time like shes on her 5th cup of coffee. A complete nightmare to deal with - make your move easier and goto the Penske dealer on 75th or dont move. Yeah, its that bad.

The staff is super nice, polite and friendly. The facility is very clean and secure. In the years we have used them have never had a bit of trouble. They have been extremely helpful with everything from truck rentals, storage space and RV storage. I would highly recommend Debbie and her staff for everything they do including shipping, copies and faxes. Check out their UPS store.
