First thing, the ladies who run this particular office are nice and pleasant to deal with. My issues is not with individuals, its with the company as a whole. We are a military family that received PCS orders that arent going to be for very long, so we decided to put all of our belongings in storage. Quick sidenote for any military spouses if your servicemember isnt with you they wont give you the military rate. We paid six months in advance for two units and once that ran out I went online to make a payment. I noticed the funds werent being withdrawn from our bank account. And after waiting 11 days I called the local office. They couldnt figure it out so they called the corporate office. After almost a week they figured out I mustve entered a routing number or bank account incorrectly. I was told to go online and make a payment. I was not allowed to make a payment for some reason and couldnt understand why. Again I called the local office and they gave me a corporate office number to call. I was told since I "default on a payment" I would be required to show up in person from now on and pay my bill with cash or money order. We are currently on a military base on the opposite end of the country. I made numerous other calls to the district manager, local office and corporate just trying to give them our money. I have been treated horribly. I am now being required to drive 40 minutes off the military base to find the closest public storage and pay our bill in person. Ive also been informed that this penalty will not be removed, EVER! What kind of company punishes good customers who have never been late on a payment and has always paid early. I made one mistake and messed up entering an account number, once! I have been diligent about trying to resolve our bill however they wont take our money unless its on their punitive terms. So a warning to my military family out there, especially if youre going to be going overseas, dont trust this company. They are no friend to their customers, especially to their military customers. I have never been so disgusted or so revolted by a company.

Thank you public storage for these two ladies(Brittany&Demisha)that helped me with my storage me and my girlfriend made a reservation to rent a space at this public storage location after making the reservation it took them less then 5 minutes to give me a call to set up a good time to see the unit. As I walked in this morning I was greeted with 2smiling faces they were happy to help me and explained everything to me so I would understand what I was getting myself into.They extended my visit with explaining how I could store my stuff and to keep everything protected with there merchandise. Unfortunately I had my item already to go and didnt need nothing from them but as a team they got me to get a roll of tape(these ladies are awesome sales women)I will store my stuff here for many years and feel safe storing my belonging in these ladies hands.Kudos public storage for picking the very best.

I reserved a unit online 5x5 for $22/month and when I showed up at the office they had me down for a 3x5. Even I had a confirmation email from their website that clearly stated 5x5 at $22/month they refused to honor it. I ened having to pay $29/month. After a few months there my unit along with 4 others was broken into and almost all of my items were stolen. This place has NO securirty cameras and made absolutely no effort in assisting in finding those responsible for the thefts. They wouldnt even lend me a lock for 1 day to lock my unit back up, I had to buy one from them for $17.00 plus tax to lock what few things I had left back up. If you value your stuff at all find another place to rent from.

I had my stuff stored there less than a month when my storage unit was broken into. What wasnt stolen was trashed. There is no security and no video cameras in the hallways monitoring the units. Anyone can jump in through the gate by simply following any other car in. When I told them my unit had been broken into, their reaction was, "hope you had insurance." They didnt even help to file the police report nor were they interested in seeing the unit not to mention zero sympathy. You would think that for $70 a month, you would be able to count on your stuff being safe. Apparently, this place exists only to take your money and give you nothing for it. I am looking to sue them.....

Me and my family moved to the Vegas area and were in need for storage for our household items and seen that there was a Public Storage directly across from our apartment complex which was a great location for our family as soon as we walked in Denisa and Brittany were right on point on which size storage unit we needed, needless to say we were served in a very fun and exciting atmosphere those two ladies were so kind to our family and new out needs and met them I highly recommend anyone to this Public Storage location on 2225 Green Valley Pkwy. Thank you Denisa and Brittany for making us feel important and special, everything was explained to us in great detail and unit was very clean.

We looked online it was $23 for a 5x10. When we got there, there were surprised fees for insurance that you had to have, then they said that you had to purchase two of their top quality locks which cost $20 a piece, and then they wanted you to pay for the next months rent as well. So before this was done they were trying to get a $100 from us when we were quoted $23. The ladies in there are just straight up wrong and pushy. So we walked out. They are not to be trusted. We were going to use their storage facility for one year, but they ended up pushing us away. I do not recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy!!!!!

Moving here from out of state and not knowing anyone was a worry but the happy friendly thorough customer service I received from BRITTANYput my mind at ease. She made me feel like family in moving here to my new home here in this big city. Brittany helped me feel at ease and I knew my belongings would be safe with onsite eyes watching over. And insurance for my expensive items. My storage was clean and cool in summer, with easy access for me to move into and out of later. Made this transition a breeze. Ill be back to this site if my job moves me out of this area. I highly recommend this site for their friendly, helpfulness.

The staff is consistently very nice. I have had a unit for over a year now and I prefer to go in and pay instead of doing it online. When I do Im in and out without any hassle. Chris has been there most of the time when I pay my fee and he has always been very helpful. One time I left my storage unlocked when he noticed that it was unlocked he called me so I could come down and secure my things. All in all a great storage facility with a great staff. My only wish is that they would keep the gate unlocked a bit later than 9pm. This is a 24 hour city.
