Terrible experience!!! Beware if you store anything at this supposedly “secure” facility. I had a trailer and 2- four wheel ATVs I stored there. I met with the manager before hand. He assured me he had a secure facility. He lived on the property and had surveillance cameras that recorded everything. Don’t believe it. Subsequently the trailer and ATVs were stolen. The people at the facility had no idea what happened. I asked to have the camera footage reviewed. The only working camera they have is at the gate. To make matters worse, it is so antiquated, that it only records back the previous 2 weeks. The people at the facility were no help. I asked twice to speak with the district manager. I never received a call. The attitude is “Too bad, so sad”. I reported the theft to the police. Come to find out, this is not an uncommon occurrence. My homeowners wouldn’t cover it because it was at a storage facility. The facility took no responsibility what so ever. They do not watch your belongings. They have antiquated to no surveillance. You store there totally at your own risk. To add insult to injury, they tried to fine me for late payment when I didn’t pay them the next month after the theft. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

The whole process couldnt have been quicker or easier! I made a reservation online (better discount on monthly rate), did an express check in, WITHOUT using a credit card, and Jim, the property manager, called me within 10 minutes to verify the reservation, make sure I had directions, and set up a time to meet (same day). Went over to check out the space, sign some rental paperwork (I was in and out within a 1/2 hour, including a tour), and started moving stuff in right away. Jim was SO helpful, very professional and committed to making sure I had what I needed. The property is very clean, quiet, well lit and secure, and service is A**! This was my 1st experience with self storage rental, and it was a breeze! Highly recommend!

I called Public Storage on Rainbow looking for a unit for my friends that may be moving in here the next month. I spoke to a very nice young woman named Lisa. She was very helpful and gave me all the information I was looking for. She gave me prices on a 5 x 5 unit and a 10 x 10 unit. She also stated that the specials changed on a daily basis and that as soon as they were ready to let her know and we would see what specials were going on at that time. Thank you to Lisa for being so helpful and nice on the phone and answering all my questions. Great customer service and when my friends move here I will be sure to go to Lisa to rent a storage unit.

A few weeks ago I had to purchase storage space and my experience was wonderful. The clerk, (I cant remember his name) Sorry... but he was so nice. He laughed he smiled, he held conversation with us. I know thats part of Customer Service, to keep the customers happy, but he went above and beyond. I just want to thank him for all that he did. He was even able to place a smile on another customers face, and she was going through some negative issues, and I applauded him for that. Whenever you are able to bring a smile to someones face that is having a bad day, that speaks volumes about you.. Keep up the good work.

Had to find a storage place on the quick and couldnt have been more pleased with my experience at the Rainbow facility.. Leala was exceptional, and not only was very courteous to the customer before me (who took a lot longer than expected)... but continually checked in on me and asked if I was doing alright.. Thats important in customer service.. Taking care of all the customers.. not just the one in front of you.. She was quick, concise with rules and I had zero hassle or problems getting my Unit.. I highly recommend this property.. And make sure to ask for Leala...

Our office was getting ready for a big move and I needed a storage unit right away, Jim helped me get it all ready and was so nice in every aspect. Ive never met a nicer person, he was glad to help me and I knew it..after the move I had to get another unit and he helped me get a smaller one which turned out to be too small and on the day that we moved everything to storage (a Sunday) he was able to immediately get me another larger unit when I filled up my current one... He has always been there when I needed him..thank you Jim for your help and kindness...

We have had our storage unit since 1993 and we wanted to take a moment and thank you for having Jim as manager of the property. We pay our rent at the office every month and we are always glad to see him, as we were with his late mother, Jeri. Whenever we have a question or concern, his knowledge of the business is extensive. With rate increases, we have considered moving to another storage company. But, because of Jim, we stay at Public Storage. We love his personality, his willingness to help, and his diligence to keep the property safe and secure.

It was finally time to downsize from a 4 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom condo. My wife rented a storage unit here for us while I was out of town. Moving is tough. Downsizing is even tougher. The staff here made the storage part of the whole process very smooth. We are highly satisfied with having our belongings here. We are slowly going through whats in storage and downsizing even further. They have all the packing supplies we need, when we need them. Very helpful and friendly. Nice clean property. Highly recommend this location.

I love this place. Jim is so knowledgeable and understands the customers needs. I wasnt sure about size or boxes and he helped me pick the best size possible and got me a great deal on packing supplies. I could have saved more but I didnt have the money. I love the love the location and I love that my unit is first floor but still air conditioned. The property is always clean and all the workers are so nice. Thank you Jim For helping me during a stressful time. Your caring and compassion was definitely needed during this time.

I started renting here about 5 mounts ago and from the time I walked in the door I had a feeling that everything was professional and my personal items would be in good hands and very secure here. Over that time my experience has proven to be correct. Jim is the manager at my location. It is my opinion that every storage location should be trained to be with the public like Jim. Showing politeness, respect, and kindness. A big 4 star and thumbs to Jim And this location. They may have room, come on over.

He is very knowledgeable of all of the products and services that they offer, and takes adequate time to assess how you as a customer would benefit from renting from them. He appears to really be concerned about all of his customers needs, even new and potential customers. I like how he does business, and would refer recommend this Public Storage location for anyone looking for courteous, professional service for all of their storage needs.
