First, well start with the personnel who greet you. Dana and Robert are great! They are so professional and knowledgeable with no pressure what so ever. Maureen and I selected an air conditioned unit which certainly made sense to us especially in 100+ degree weather. Today we extended our lease and it took all of two minutes. When they use "Security" in their name they really mean it -- the first entry I made on the premises I followed the car in front of me through the gate without entering my code. Within a minute of entering my locker there was an employee checking me out to verify who I was, pretty impressive. Thanks SPS for your help and just being friendly people. Maureen & Gerry

My husband and I just moved to Bermuda Dunes a month ago, and quickly found Security Public Storage. We werent sure at first if this was the right storage place for us, and weve used other companies in the past. We talked to Robert on the phone, and once we heard that the managment lived on site, and that each unit has its own alarm.....we were sold. We went down immediately to look at the units, and the service we received from Robert and Brenda was unparalled to any other service Ive ever received at a storage facility. They were friendly, quick to help us, and most of all; up front about all costs. There were no hidden fees which we LOVED. I would strongly recommend this facility.

As a small business owner, I rent storage units throughout Southern California. This facility (Security Public Storage - Palm Desert) is my absolute favorite. I wish all storage facilities were run like this one. The manager and employees are the most friendly, helpful....and most importantly, most accomodating of any storage facility I have ever used. They have exceeded my expectations of what is typically offered at a storage facility. Top tier customer service and cleanliness are best in the industry.

When we were evaluating storage facilities, we chose Security Public Storage because the staff was so helpful and professional. The grounds and facilities are exceptionally clean and well maintained. We were given several choices of location for our unit and are very happy with where we landed. We chose a temperature controlled space and couldnt be happier. The location is great as it is very convenient for anyone residing in Sun City. I highly recommend SPS to anyone with storage needs.

I had moved my things from one storage to the other and none of this storage give you the satisfaction of being a customer that actually pays for their salary. I tried Security Public Storage in Palm Desert. Not only that they are willing to answer questions but they are polite too. I moved my things with one of the units and felt secure. This place is Great! Reserved my space ahead of time and they were ready for me when I arrived. They were very polite and professional and the space was excellent, clean, easy to get to and fully air conditioned and protected against the desert sand and they had a large dolly available for me to use. The space was reasonably priced and is very close to Sun City Palm Desert for those who live there.

Great experience at Security Public Storage! Everyone we spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful. From the person who showed us the available storage units to the person who setup our account. She was very detailed and explained everything to us. They have excellent rates as well! It is kept very clean and organized and very easy to get to. Justin Keefe Very helpful and friendly staff, and security as stated in their name is one of their huge pluses. Someone on site 24hr a day. (To monitor the facilities wellbeing not for regular operating hrs services) large gate that requireds a password in and out and alarms on every unit. Its not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Ive only been with Security Public Storage for a couple of months now, but since then, their service and explanation of how their facility works and operates was clear and concise. Their rates seem to be equal or slightly below others in the area and the entire facility is clean and well maintained. So far no complaints by me.

This is really the best storage facility in the area - it is very clean and well-lit and you can even get climate controlled RV storage, as well as renting trucks at reasonable rates to let you move your stuff. Ther managers are very helpful and accommodating.

Convenient I-10 access, incredible clean units and facility, great rates and VERY nice people to do business with. My company, Furniture Medic, has been renting storage space and U-hauls from Security Public Storage since 1999. I'd never use anyone else!
